Villa Eora private villa with guest wing pool and superb views

This Villa ideal for a group of more than 10 people and a maximum of 20, is on a property of 8 000 square metres. It is situated on a hill with spectacular views of the bay and a balcony pool. The Villa is a three bedroomed house with a three apartment guest wing , giving added privacy amongst the guests themselves. The guest wing apartments have ensuite bathrooms and separate entrances and own balconies/verandahs and kitchenettes.
A large group of people (10 to a maximum of 20 people) can enjoy the exclusivity of a private villa and its guest wing apartments. Guests will have privacy among themselves as the guest wing apartments 3 in total, can each accommodate 2 persons with own bathrooms, entrances and balconies . The Villa Eora complex is exclusive and comprises of one villa , and three studio apartments in the guest wing. A superior studio (2 plus 2 persons) and 2 standard studios . An extra 2 studios on the ground floor can be commandeered for a larger group .

We offer large tree-filled grounds to wander around, a beautiful garden and paved terrace area with a hammock (eora) to relax in , a lovely balcony swimming pool and on site free parking.

1. The Villa (150 square meters on 3 floors) is a 3 bed roomed house which can accommodate up to 6-8 people comfortably. Lounge dining area, fully equipped kitchen , and shower /wc on the ground floor, where the one couch opens out into a king size double bed. 2 bedrooms (with double beds,) and a shower/ wc are situated on the first floor, and to top it all a cosy bedroom loft (with a double bed ), which opens out to a private terrace and where guests can absorb the sun in front of the breath taking view .

The studios in the guest wing accommodate 2 persons and come equipped with a small kitchen with fridge and mini oven/stove with cooking and eating utensils. Each studio has one double bed, and opens out onto a veranda balcony with an unparalleled view and separate entrance. Thus ensuring privacy amongst the guests themselves.
The Superior studio (2+ 2 persons 30 square meters) also in the guest wing with separate entrance, is slightly larger and can accommodate 2 plus 2 persons. The same spectacular views and a more private balcony. Double bed, small living area with sofa bed, small kitchen with fridge and mini oven/stove with cooking and eating utensils.

Villa Eora Private villa with guest wing and pool , overlook the harbour of the fishing village of Limni - Keri and the gulf of Lagana, and are situated on the outskirts of Keri the southern -most village of Zakynthos. Nestled in the mountains of Keri (Maglavia) with a bird’s eye view of the whole of the gulf of Laganas and Marathonisi, (the national sea park of the caretta caretta turtle), and with a backdrop of one of the densest forests of Zakynthos.
We offer newly renovated exclusive accommodation for a group who want to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of nature on a cosmopolitan Greek island. Here visitors can enjoy a lovely early morning hike in the mountains or jog along the country road and if energetic can walk down for a swim in the crystal clear waters of Keri beach.. …however the climb back up is not for couch potatoes!! Alternatively, they can relax by the balcony pool overlooking the bay and watch the boats and yachts come and go.

General Info Situated 20 km from Zakynthos and 15 km from the airport , the town of Keri with its famous light-house, is only 3 km away. Below, a steep 500 m walk, the fishing village of Limni Keri with all its restaurants and cafes and of course its beach are available for your discovery. There you can hire boats for the day or hour to visit Marathonisi, the favourite nesting place for the caretta caretta turtles and an idyllic island to see. You can also take the boat out to visit the Keri caves a smaller version of the famous Blue caves of Zakynthos. The famous shipwreck beach (Navagio) is one hours drive away. You can visit this beach weather permitting by boat, or by car where you can see it from a birds eye view from the top of a cliff.
