Located just 5 miles south of town, this condominium offers panoramic views and a relaxed atmosphere next to the 12th hole (and lake) of Moab's year-round golf course. This desert themed, two bedrooms, two bath condominium sleeps 7 and is located in the Solano Vallejo condominium complex next to the Steelbender OTV trail. This unit has spectacular views of Moab's West Rim with a private patio that includes a propane BBQ grill and afternoon shade from trees and other foliage. Enjoy an evening cookout or a quiet outdoor breakfast as you feast your eyes on the serene, deep red views of the Moab Valley. Bike and jeep trails, as well as petroglyphs, are within a ½ mile of this unit. A unique, quiet walking trail located directly behind this unit, takes you along the golf course with even more gorgeous views of the West Rim. Inside the unit, the Indian Rock motif and authentic fossils add a distinctive feel for Moab's historical connection to the ancient people of southeast Utah.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms share a connected bathroom with more rock art collections. The master bedroom comes with a queen bed and the guest room has a queen bed as well. You will also find a regular twin bed as well as a roll-away twin bed upstairs for even more sleep accommodations.  There's also a full sofa sleeper on the main level in the living room area, which can be utilized as accessory bedding.

The living/dining area on the main level provides a comfortable gathering space, where after a full day of activities, you’ll enjoy the cozy ambiance of the gas log fireplace. The dining table seats 4 with an additional seating via stools at the snack bar. The pass-through kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Appliances include dishwasher, range, built-in microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker. A washer/dryer is provided in the laundry closet off the kitchen. You’ll also have secure storage for your car and recreational toys in the attached, single car garage with adjacent, ample parking. This condominium offers a relaxing, year-round heated pool.

There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
