Rancho Flor de Iris - Lago Corumbá IV - Alexânia/Brasília

The construction offers a rustic and sophisticated environment, where every detail reflects the affection and care employed in preparing the project and decoration.
Our Ranch comfortably houses 14 people. It has 1 house that has 1 living room with kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom, and an outdoor area perfect for those who like to barbecue outdoors; and another part, separated by a balcony, with 1 large room and 1 suite.

The space:

The house will be all open for the best comfort of the guest, only one room remains closed (it is not in the description of the ad).
The space offers 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms, in addition to an outdoor area with barbecue, balcony, garden with a shower to give that refreshment.
The house is less than 1000 meters from Lake Corumbá IV.

Interaction with guests:

I will not be present, but I will be available by all means (phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp) to answer any questions.
One person will check in and checkout.

Other observations:

There is the possibility to take boats, such as motorboat, jetski etc.
We rent triple kayak and SUP board.

The house is inside a condominium, so it is a place that offers more security (so it will be necessary the ID number and full name for me to authorize in the condominium's concierge). Access to the lake is restricted to residents / owners and guests staying in the houses.
There are some grocery stores nearby, where you can buy hygiene items, kitchen, among others, if necessary.
