Take a leisurely stroll to your choice of beautiful surf beaches—Tilbury Cove, Culburra Beach, or simply step onto Warrain Beach right in front of you. The property layout includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring comfort and relaxation. Please note that one bathroom is external and accessed via the covered patio. Enjoy two covered outdoor areas, both equipped with BBQs, tables, and chairs—one at the front and another at the rear. The lounge, dining area, and kitchen all overlook the beach and ocean, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Beautiful outlook and location - watched the dolphins swim by as we sipped our morning coffee! Accommodation was practical with everything we needed for a quick getaway. Very comfy beds & lovely linen.

Location to beach fantastic & awesome little corner shop.

We contacted agent to let them know that there were smoke butts out the front and back, dirty bbq and a few other minor things.

Culburra Beach get away

This property is in a great location right by the beach. It slept all 9 of us comfortably. The house itself is quite old and tired, and could do with some maintenance. Must note- there is no dishwasher.

It was nice and clean but check in was late and air conditioning doesn’t cover all the house and no clothes dryer but house and beach was nice

This is the worst house I have ever lived in. It looks like a temporary building. It is crowded and old, and really not worth the price

Upon investigating your concerns you have addressed in your review, we had a manager contact you during your stay to attempt to assist you with your concerns. In this conversation you failed to describe the issues and were unable to provide a reason as to why this property was not as expected. Unfortunately, this meant that there was very little we could do to make your stay better, as we did not have much to work with at all. This property is in a beautiful location, with beach access & beautiful views it is ideal for a family beachside getaway. Your concerns in regards to the fridge, have since been addressed. Wow what a location!

Absolutely beautiful property, stunning location, clean property, everything you could need for a beach holiday. Comfy beds, clean linen, the sound of the waves crashing on the beach with private access.

There are definitely two bathrooms at this property. One bathroom with a toilet, shower, vanity and bath and another combined with the laundry with a toilet, shower and vanity. Regarding the cleanliness of the property, our housekeepers follow an extensive checklist prior to your arrival so we are disappointed to hear that the property was not up to standard. If you had contacted us regarding this during your stay - we would have sent the housekeepers back to rectify the issues.
