Lovely stay
Dunraven in Banyan was a perfect place to stay, close to walks on the beach and the city centre. Our hosts were very welcoming on our arrival and made us feel very at home. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely stay again.
A really good old school property. Thick walls, old world charm, warm in the winter and close to the town centre and Flagstaff Hill museum and delights.

Super clean. Beautiful Victorian home. Great heating. Lovely outdoor area. One of the cleanest properties we have ever rented through Stayz. Great central location.
It suited us for a girls weekend.
Relaxing, Just like being at home & was safe for the toddler with us. Beds were comfy . Bath was very 👍 nice. Lounge room and kitchen cosy. Houses nice and warm. Great Location.
Enjoyed our stay. House is old but well maintained. Great location. Lots of room. Couches kitchen beds etc a bit old fashioned but it’s very good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Thanks for your review and so glad you enjoyed your stay!
A beautiful heritage house in an amazing location close to the shops and restaurants, a pram walk away. Super clean and well maintained. Secure parking available in the driveway. A neat English garden at the back - very well kept and great for our kids, with toys provided. The owner is a really nice guy living closeby. Loved the little extras - a chocolate, a milk, teevee snacks and a bottle of wine to get started. Even the oven baking tray was readily lined with alufoil. Thoughtful low hanging towel hanger and sink for kids at the back bathroom. This stay was exactly what we needed for our family holiday. The only two ideas to improve our stay would be to consider providing a high chair and a travel cot (we brought our own).

This property was situated in the heart of Warrnambool, and yet still managed to feel so safe, private and quiet. The best effort had been made to make this place feel like home and we absolutely did not want to check out! We had the best stay and cant wait to come back to stay again!!!
Dunraven on banyan is big, warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was walkable to everything - so centrally located for such a low price. I stayed with my sisters and nieces and the house had everything we needed for adults and kids.
The back part of the house was smelly, we think it was due to poor sewage system.

Hi Jenny. Thank you for the feedback, we sent around a plumber who found an issue with the vanity pipework which has now been rectified. Please don't ever hesitate to call the office if you are ever unhappy during your stay. Look forward to seeing you again soon
Had a child who vomited at night. No spare linen for bed. Tried to contact manager next day but no answer. Disappointing.
Apart from that good place to stay

Hi Heather. I'm sorry your child was not well during your stay. We don't keep spare linen at properties other than extra blankets but we would have been more than happy to run a spare set around. Unfortunately I have no record of you calling, a voicemail or any emails but I do apologise if your message was missed somehow. Hopefully next time you stay we can improve the service to you.
We had a wonderful few days away making memories with our children/grandchildren. The house was lovely and is in such a perfect spot. Very short walk to shops and Lake Pertobe. Beds were very comfortable. Back yard was great for our grandson with cricket bat and balls supplied. The little extra touches such as coffee, sugar, tea, milk, chocolate and biscuits were also a great bonus. Hope to stay again soon :)

Excellent location as close proximity to the beach, children’s play areas and town centre.
The property had all that we required minus one item which was quickly replenished for us upon request.
It was clean and spacious.
We felt the property managers went to extra mile to ensure our comfort which was greatly appreciated.
Would highly recommend for a large group.
