Large grassy backyard for the kids to play with an enclosed trampoline. Less than 5 minutes walk to Dimmicks Beach and nearby Pearces beach.
Each side of this single level house features 2 bedrooms and 2 full sized bathrooms.
Both main bedrooms have Queen beds, private ensuite with vanity, toilet & shower, and a small enclosed courtyard with outdoor showers.
On each side of the house is a full sized bathroom with vanity, bath, shower and toilet.
3rd & 4th bedrooms with a double bed and tri bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top).

Large central main living area with T.V., D.V.D., C.D., V.C.R, Foxtel. Wi-Fi. A small kids breakout corner with books, toys & small tv. Located on the opposite side is a couch corner to sit, read and relax. Dining table and seating for up to 12 leading to an outdoor deck with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine. European laundry with a washing machine, dryer, trough. Split system air conditioner, open fire place, portable heaters and ceiling fans. High Chair provided.

Pets considered at the owners discretion. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet stay fee applies. Fenced backyard.

LINEN - This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

Strictly no schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

Winery Getaway with the Girls!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They were absolutely fantastic to communicate with. The property had a lot of family reviews but was the perfect place for 12 adults to stay and have a spacious and relaxing holiday! The house was very sound and had everything you would need on a weekend away. Will definitely be back next year!
