lt's welcoming, bright, clean & comfortable. It caters well for 1 or 2 families & large groups, sleeps up to 10.
The main house sleeps 7 & 3 in the bungalow.
Conveniently located & a 2 minute walk to the popular family friendly Blairgowrie beach & Shopping Village where you'll find cafes, restaurants, bars, lGA supermarket, newsagent, butchers, post-office, Drs & a giftware store. Everything is right at your door step!

The Space:
House Sleeps 10 guests in total.

Fresh clean linen is provided. Bedsheets set, doona covers, towels/bath mats tea towels.

FENCING SECURITY( PETS)

•Woodern high fence only on the RIGHT HAND SIDE of the house and at the back yard.
•1 M WIRE FENCE only on the left hand side of the house with shrubs.

•WOODERN FRONT GATE is secure.

•PLEASE NOTE. Pets are secure with the current fencing, but at pet owner(s) discretion.

We want our guests to have fun, relax with family and friends and enjoy staying at our family beach house. However, we do have some guidelines.

BOOKINGS, RESTRICTIONS, PET OWNERS

•NO HOUSE PARTIES
Gatherings are welcomed

•NO SCHOOLIES

•NO GROUP BOOKINGS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
Age restriction may be wavied.
This is determined by the Property manager during the booking enquiry. A refundable security bond of $1000 may be required to secure the booking if accepted.

• WE WELCOME YOU INTO OUR HOME. Please respect it and our neighbours

• OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERA. We value guests privacy.

• GROUP BOOKINGS. The booking guidelines need to be shared amongst all the guests, by the person that made the booking.

•ADDITIONAL CHARGES will be put onto the person that made the booking if any damage to the property is done, theft or for extra cleaning if the house is left in a disorderly state and if the house keys are lost.

RESIDENTIAL NOICE LEVEL APPLYS AFTER 10 pm.

•NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.

• NO EXTRA GUESTS that are not mentioned on the booking are allowed to stay at the property.

• 3pm check in and 10am check out.

Subject to availability and the cleaners schedule, 1 pm check in and a 11 am check out may be arranged by the property manager.
( NOT AVAILABLE DURING OUR PEAK TIMES)

•INDOOR FIREPLACE is unavailable and not operational.

•FIREPIT WOOD. Guests provide their own wood. Can be purchased at Blairgowrie IGA or Bunnings Rosebud.

PET INFORMATION

Semi wooden fenced on the property.

•Wooden high fence ONLY ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE of the house and at the back yard.

•PLEASE NOTE. Pets are secure with the current fencing, but its at pet owner(s) discretion.

Pets are welcome and we want them to hoilday with you, but please NO animals on the couches. They may damage them and removing dog hair can be difficult and very time consuming for our cleaners.
- Please bring your fur babies own bedding and feeding bowls to use during your stay.
-Please clean up after your pets as well.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Lost key penalty - $300
