This house is centrally located, near downtown, the medical center, and between Ashland and Jacksonville and other neighboring cities with many actives in the area. There is a nice front yard and a very nice, fenced back yard.
What makes this property unique
There is an extra room in back yard with a queen size bed, futon, and TV. There is air conditioning and heating. This room is available for $25 per day.
