The only issue we have is the cleanliness of the house. The cleaner did not do a good job on cleaning. Most areas were not properly cleaned, especially down the laundry room downstairs weren't clean at all, dirt everywhere. Cutlery and glasses weren't properly cleaned. The front foyer had leaves and dirt on the floor. Other than the cleanliness, everything else was good. We recommend Wifi put during peak seasons. Thanks

Overall a very comfortable stay. In the evening it was nice to listen to the many, many frogs croaking in the empty lot next door and trying to identify them (using the FrogID app). First time I've ever had a large enough pot to cook a main meal for 8...very much appreciated :)
Property is a little dated and the double bed could do with a new mattress. We’ve stayed at this property several times over the last 15 years and love the location, close to shops, the river and the club. The backyard is great for kids and a game of cricket. Plenty of space and the cool breeze through the house on a hot summer afternoon was lovely. A dishwasher would have been great. Would stay again.

Great location
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property and was much cleaner this time round. The location is great in regard to the RSL and shops makes it very well located. The LJ Hooker staff were efficient and friendly both on arrival and departure. All of those combined made our stay pleasant.

My family and I would like to thank your helpful staff for attending to our enquiry re a problem fridge in a very positive manner, not only did they inform us that the owner had been contacted immediately but they also supplied us with a bar fridge to carry us over till the problem was solved.
The owner contacted us through friend of his and allowed us to use his personal fridge (which we did not have to do as the bar fridge was enough).
We would also like you to pass on our thanks to the owner for making his fridge available.
We would be pleased to recommend this residence for a holiday rental to all who ask us for a place to stay in Sussex inlet.
