What an absolutely fabulous place to stay. Very clean, spacious and well stocked. Excellent location right off one of the many cycling paths that are available. Literally a 2-3 minute walk from an IGA grocery store. Multiple restaurants within walking distance.

We loved this apartment so much. The location is the best thing about it—right in the middle of the action, surrounded by good restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a grocery store less than five minutes away on foot. Driving, you’re like 15 minutes from almost anything you’d want to do in Québec City, including Montmorency Falls, Wendeke, Old Québec, you name it. The neighborhood has a fun, lively, exciting vibe, with a small performance area and public piano right across the street. And even with all of that, it’s not loud or noisy at all. The apartment itself is very easy to access being on the ground floor. Included parking is useful—the spot is right up against the back of the building; take care and go nice and slow when entering the alley as there are lots of pedestrians. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. The icing on the cake is the small outdoor patio/terrace we used for afternoon drinks and card playing. There were three in our group: two parents and a six-year-old, and a huge bonus was a small playground just up the alleyway from the parking spot. Host communicated flawlessly and promptly; instructions were really clear, and included very helpful YouTube videos about the property. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
