IRO LUXURY RETREAT - Panoramic views with absolute privacy

Iro Luxury Retreat offers a secluded haven of relaxation and privacy.

The Retreat is self-catering with the options to have an in house chef, massage therapy and daily room servicing. It is perched high in the hills of Ruaau Arorangi and has panoramic ocean views.

Upstairs, we offer 2 family rooms (2 separate rooms in each), 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and a master suite each with their own en suite. Our ground floor bedroom does not have an en suite. The home features a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, an air conditioned movie theatre and a games room which are perfect for entertaining large groups of all ages. There is also a kiddies play room with a television, dvd player and an assortment of toys. The large open plan living area flows outside to a fully fenced swimming pool & expansive deck with BBQ.

Our focus is to cater for the needs of large groups. Perfect for corporate retreats or large family celebrations and it is the ideal wedding venue. The deck holds a purpose built cabana to cater for functions and receptions for up to 85 people.

Iro Luxury Retreat is like your own private hotel accommodation where you can unwind, relax and settle into our little corner of paradise.

Perfect group accommodation

Cannot rave more about how perfect Iro Resort is for family and groups. The facilities are excellent. The view, the pool - just bliss. Jek was so helpful. Would recommend to all

Amazing house and property

This house is stunning would stay there again in a heart beat the only thing that let it down were the very hard beds found it quite hard to sleep. The groundsman that looked after the house was the kindest and friendly chap that worked very hard.

Additional crockery cups for tea/ coffee. Utensils hairdryers in each bathroom required.. xtra beach

We enjoyed cooking and entertaining at the table every night for all ! Pool room fun but cinema smells musty and attention before to late … great room to be in if dampness corrected. Air conditioner in cinema not going . Introduction to the road heading up to house advised for those in hired transport and bikes … may not be a go in wetter weather safety wise … Wifi was a big issue and has read for many years there is wifi availability? Never seems to happen?? Our group enjothe relaxed surroundings and trips to cafes and beaches and snorkelling ! Thanks for the relax and memories… PS for couples … please explain the bed configuration for those that wasn’t total privacy and not just a curtain devider…. This works great for children/ grouped together but not adults…. The microwave will need attention ax not compliant with safety rules Only a few minor additions to make life more comfortable and good to go ! Thank you Natalie for your review of our property, although it seemed negative at first, your comments are valid but we feel they could have been addressed directly with us. FAULTY ELECTRICALS When your group checked in, both the microwave and air-conditioning unit were working fine, both are in new condition. Unfortunately with recent power cuts on the island. We think these may have become faulty during your stay. A call directly to us during your visit would have been sufficient. We are now left to wear the costs of such damages. ROAD The public road leading to our property has several pot holes which is beyond our control, we like 100s of other locals are waiting in line for our Government to do the repairs. WIFI Iro Luxury Retreat has always offered a wifi Hotspot for which the guests are to purchase their own wifi packages. The Starlink had just arrived to the property that day and was going to be installed as a bonus for your stay, but unfortunately due to technical issues, we didn't set it up. It is now setup and guests will pay a daily fee for unlimited devices and usage. We hope this response has brought some clarity to your remarks. Kindest regards Tina
