Renovated Condo with Breathtaking Ocean & Mountain Views

Enjoy resort-style living in serene Makaha Valley with beautiful floor to ceiling ocean and mountain views from the comfort of your own condo. Greet each day with birds chirping and painted pink skies as the sun rises over the mountain tops. Unwind each day watching the sunset cast vast colors over the Pacific Ocean. This modern, open floor plan condo is completely renovated.

The space:

Our condo is a one bedroom, one bath with a balcony and bonus room that doubles as an office and second bedroom with a pull-down Murphy bed. The condo is completely renovated and has a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, furniture, fixtures, etc. We also have two beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach towels for you to use at one of the many nearby beaches.

Monthly availability:

This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

All reservations to start at the beginning of the month and run through the end of the month. No mid month bookings please.

Guest access:

Guests will have full access to the condo and community amenities. The pool hours are 8am-8pm and the grill area is open from 10am-9pm.

Guest interaction:

I won’t be available in person but will available through messaging and phone any time.

Other things to note:

The on-site security team is very thorough. If you are bringing a car you will need to show the security gate all guests driver’s license or passports, rental car agreement (if applicable), active insurance & verify that your vehicle’s registration & safety inspection stickers on the rear bumper of the vehicle are up to date. Once through the gate you will be required to stop by the office to pay a refundable $50 parking deposit and pick up your parking decal. This decal will be good for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles would require another deposit and $4/night payable to the office. If you’ll be bringing a second car please let us know so we can coordinate with the office.

The neighborhood:

The condo is located in beautiful Makaha Valley. Breathtaking Makaha Beach is a short walk, bike ride or drive at only a mile away. Please note that Makaha is tucked away from other parts of the island. It is perfect for travelers seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki who want to enjoy our quiet community, relax and enjoy the beach, mountains & on-site pool, BBQ and picnic area.

The best way to get around is by rental car or using Oahu’s transit system called TheBus. There is a bus stop right outside of the community which can take you to and from the airport as well as other areas of the island.

Cozy and Beautiful

The very best part of our stay was the welcome and attention paid to us by our hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay top notch. The condo is small but is very well appointed with excellent appliances and very comfortable furniture. The murphy bed was a bonus for us and contributed greatly to our comfort. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful views

My fiance and I stayed at this condo for the month while we worked remotely. We are glad we chose this place as we enjoyed every minute of it. We love the views of the beach and valley and how peaceful it is. It's definitely a drive (30 mins) to the nearest city, Kapolei, but the drive did not bother us at all. The closest grocery store is Tamura's, which provided everything we needed and their poke was delicious as well. There are other local restaurants that are worth the try if you want to avoid touristy areas. This condo was spacious enough for the both of us. We enjoyed going Makaha Beach, which is literally down the street, as it was not busy at all. Also, we loved seeing all the peacocks that roam freely, such beautiful sigh to see.

Beautiful condo

We spent a week in this beautiful condo. It has the most beautiful view. We loved looking out at the ocean and the surrounding area. The condo is a very quiet community - which we enjoyed. We absolutely loved the salt water pool and bbq area. There are 6 gas bbqs and several picnic tables as well as a clean up station. You are surrounded by peacocks, palm trees, beautiful foliage and tiki torches. We ate most of our dinner and lunch meals down there. There is laundry available for $1.50 per load. Finally, the property owners are great! They responded very quickly to any questions we had and made us feel right at home. You won’t be disappointed with your stay!

December 2019 stay

Overall this property was clean, secure and cozy. The communication with the property managers was excellent- all emails were responded to quickly and all questions were answered honestly and fully. The space was a little smaller than I anticipated but was still comfortable with two adults and two children. We enjoyed the swimming pool and scenery. Our family was impressed by the level of security and how clean the property was- the enjoyment of watching Peacocks was a bonus. The only downside for me was the location- I knew it was more remote but didn't realize the drive to most places took would take an hour or more to travel to; this was not a space where we could come and go throughout the day. Just something to consider...

Makaha Tower # 807

Communication with the owners was much easier than previous experiences on VRBO. The condo was an excellent value! Though an hour north of Honolulu, it was nestled in between the mountains and the ocean. Loads of beaches nearby and security at the Towers was a bonus. The flowers on the property and the peacocks were wonderful.
