The Location - Parkview is set in the parklands area of Little Beach and is just 400 metres to the Western end of Shoal Bay Beach or to family friendly Little Beach for calm water swimming, picnics and BBQ's. It is also just over two kilometres to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.

The Unit - This unit has been refurbished and has a bush outlook. There is an open plan living and dining area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound, and a full kitchen with a microwave, oven, cook top and a Nespresso coffee machine. Two bedrooms (queen bed and a tri bunk), ceiling fan in the main bedroom,a bathroom with a shower and a bath and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Plus a gas BBQ on the balcony and a single lock up garage.

Please not this complex is completely no smoking, including on the balconies.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

The property was filthy. There were hair everywhere and the bedding was dirty on arrival. The beds were not made and I had to wash all the duvet covers and pillow cases as they were stained. The duvet inner was filthy. I will not be back! Rather stay in a hotel!!!!

The apartment was not clean. Some linen was ripped. The shower screen was broken and dangerous. Other than these problems the outlook was lovely.

Good night's rest!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a great little apartment. No internet and no parking however made it a bit hard as street parking was very limited. Also if you have disabled or elderly people there's 4 flights of stairs so be aware of that before booking.
