The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house with pool and yard for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Tea and coffee supplied.

The lounge area has comfortable leather lounge plus large screen 69inch TV, DVD player, surround sound and wifi.

The bedroom has a Queen size comfortable bed with modern ensuite and walk in robe.

The private outdoor area overlooks the pool and garden and is for your exclusive use including the pool, garden, BBQ, lounge, table & chairs.

Guest access
Access to “The Pool House” is via the driveway leading you to the rear of the main house, with off street parking for car and trailer boat. Key will be available onsite with instructions via text message prior to arrival.

Newcastle Airport is a short 20 min drive.
No Smoking in the Studio
Pets are permitted, the yard is fully fenced.

There is a washing machine available tucked into the walk in pantry.

Your stay here would be a lovely place to unwind sitting by the pool or after a busy day exploring the local area, Newcastle & Port Stephens with its beautiful beaches is only 40 mins away and you can be in the heart of the Hunter Valley in just over an hour.

The Pool House is an excellent property with all we needed for a quiet getaway. We spent a lot of time in the great pool and the Pool House has all the creature comforts we expected and appreciated. Pool house is the best in Lemon Tree Passage

My wife and our dog stayed at the pool house a year ago and when we decided again to spend a week at Port Stephens, it was clear that the Pool House was the obvious choice. Perfect for adults and the dog loves the place too

Be prepared to be relaxed, exhilarated, enchanted and amazed when you visit Port Stephens on the NSW ‘awesome coast’... an easy 2 1/2 hours drive north of Sydney with a choice of 26 beautiful beaches, gourmet restaurants, whale & dolphin watching, sand dunes and much more all with-in 30 to 40mins drive from my Airbnb.
