About this property

Sunrise and Cozy House is south-facing, is it warm and comfortable. I and my husband have been building this house for nearly a year and have had many twists and turns and lots of joy. I am really happy to be able to share such a house together.

The early morning is a beautiful house where the birds sing and the stars shine in the evening. Enjoy the your backside view of Halla mountain and the best of view of sunrise in your home.

- If you are sitting at the living room sofa and have a cup of tea at sunrise time, the rising sun will illuminate the house.
- How about one hour riding bicycle? When you ride a bicycle and pass a citrus farm, you will meet the road to Ole 6.
- If you go in the direction of the Soesokkak Estuary, you can see the sea at a glance. When you are keep riding the road to Ole 6 you can find some brunch cafe.(I like to go GeuzyCozy and TerraRosa)
- Welcome to stay in Jeju one week and one month whenever you like(Discount 3%~30%, Heating floor costs, electricity are separate(commonly total less 20,000won for one week)

I have been living in Jeju Island for more than four years.
I don't know how much fun life is in this beautiful place.
Maybe he can't forget a year in Australia where nature is well preserved.

Why they chose this property

I have lived in Jeju for 4 years and have lived in this house for 2 years.
This is the house we built ourselves. So it's more special.
This house is a place where we bought a field of tangerines, cut down trees, save people, and choose and build our own. The house was built like this from nothing.
And this area is really warm and typhoon least come, cozy and quiet.

From the outside, the grid window on the left is where you can stay, and on the right is where I live.
When I live in Jeju, my friends and family visit me a lot. Koreans love Jeju.
So I made a guest room for them.
And otherwise you can come.
Especially, when foreign friends come to my house, I recommend many local restaurants and places so that I can enjoy
I can't wait to see you guys.
