Unit 9 - "Sea Foam"

The "Sea Foam" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment – Located on the lower level (underneath unit 11 and 12) The “Sea Foam” is bright and cheerfully decorated in shades of blues and greens, is handicapped accessible (no stairs) and pet friendly. See our Hotel Policy for additional information regarding bringing your pet(s).
It features a Master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom (shower) and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds located off the hall bathroom (shower over tub) There is a spacious living room, full sized kitchen and dining area (seats six). The kitchen includes an electric stove/oven refrigerator/freezer dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, dishes, utensils and cookware. There is an ocean view across the courtyard lawn from the dining room and living room windows.

Great Location Close to the beach

The unit was roomy and had room for the 4 of us. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking. There is a laundromat on sight. Downside of our unit, can opener didn't open cans very well, no pizza cutter, spatulas were to flexible to flip an egg and if anyone is on the 2nd floor you can hear them walking around on the 1st floor.

Quick getaway

The location is near the ocean and had a view from the kitchen area. But, it was a ten minute drive to Lincoln City and Salishan shops were all closed. The room was mostly clean except for the smell of dog urine in one of bedrooms (previous tenant per manager). Other than an upstairs tenant thinking we let the bathroom fan run all night (we didn't) and asking if we'd seen a stolen item...it was a pleasant and comfortable stay for four adults.

Nice little apartment, close to the beach. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done.

We had a good experience here. The one issue is the walls seem paper thin, so when the neighbors are up late enjoying their vacation, it can be hard to sleep. Otherwise, it was as advertised.

The unit was very clean. It is dated and needs to be spruced up since it looks 1970s. Very limited ocean view.

Can't beat the location

Great access to the beach, walking distance to the Salishan area; brew pub, nature trail, a great bakery and more. And, of course, the Side Door Cafe. One of the best restaurants I've been to ever. Internally the room was clean but lacked a trash can, enough toilet paper to accommodate two bathrooms, and the cabinets needed to be scrubbed down. Otherwise, Sea Foam, nicely hosted four adults.
