Dune Our Ting - a Barbados Beachfront Getaway

Dune Our Ting is a spacious apartment with a bright modern Caribbean decor and located in a secure building, steps from Dover Beach.

The kitchen and living area are open plan and lead to a covered patio which is perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing with sunset cocktails, or spotting the turtles swimming by.

The master bedroom is ensuite, with walk in closets, and double doors which opens onto a balcony.

On the lower floor there is a laundry room and the 2nd bedroom which is also ensuite. This bedroom has its own patio with sun loungers, and leads directly to the pool and the beach.

Watersports, sun loungers & umbrellas are all available at Dover Beach.

The layout of Dune Our Ting is prefect for a family of 4, or 2 couples.

What a vacation! What a location!

Marlene the host was excellent! The condo was beautiful and it’s in a spectacular location at the end of the gap. Each night we could walk down for dinner at a different restaurant. We even got to see a live cricket game across the street. The condo view is beautiful looking right down to Dover beach. Honestly, you don’t need a car if you stay at this place, but we did as we like to travel around the island and the location was a great access point to the everywhere. The set up is great especially because we had two teenagers and we put them downstairs where they had their own bed and their own bathroom. Upstairs offered a private deck on either side of the condo, a nice living room, kitchen area, and a private master with a full bath. It’s an ideal set up for a Family or for two couples. The property was also extremely safe. You can rent chairs right in front of the condo at the beach or just stay at the chairs by the pools. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful vacation!!!

We loved our Sapphire Beach rental and would not hesitate to return!!! Merlene was a great host and met us upon arrival. Also loved the 2-floor layout with both balcony & walk out to pool as well as a dedicated parking spot at the entrance. The kitchen was well equipped and we got everything we needed at the small grocery about a block away including chicken, fresh fruit and veggies. We brought coffee, a few spices and our favorite snacks with us. Items provided included bath & beach towels, as washing machine & dishwasher pucks, shampoo & shower gel. We planned to rent chairs/umbrellas at the beach but ended up returning to the pool area after swimming. Showers inside each gate and good loungers with both shade and sun options at the pool. Friendly atmosphere around the pool/condo. Dover beach was great for both walking and swimming. We usually swam in front of the codos where the water was calmer. Turtle viewing is more common further up the beach. The adjacent Maxwell Beach is a nice walk as well and can be accessed beside the Dover Beach Hotel. Great food as always in the Gap though we did find evening reservations were required for a table of six. A few favs: Mimosas breakfast sandwich, Daddy’s BBQ chicken and Harlequin catch of the day – Barracuda. Great location, great condo!

Loved our second stay at Sapphire Beach Unit #113. The location and setting were perfect! The condo is beautiful, clean and well maintained and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! We'll be back!
