Beautiful location

Perfect location to have an enjoyable time, very close to the beach, swimming pool, tennis court, nice restaurants and shops. Host (Patty) very attentive to all needs and great communication.

Going pink in Jensen Beach

Everything was wonderful. The house was beautifully decorated, which made us feel like we were being pampered. We were provided with all the amenities we could have wanted. I will certainly be staying there again, soon I hope.

Little gem tucked away

Patty was a very responsive host who checked in to make sure our stay was great! House is cute with all the pantry items you can imagine! Fishing was great and the neighbors were friendly! The pool was fabulous with many chairs and chase lounges either in the sun or shade. Close proximity to markets and shopping. They even let my hubs borrow the shrimp bucket! 🦐

Wonderful house in lovely location.

The house is spacious and well designed with bedrooms and baths on two ends of the house which give space and privacy. We spent a lot of time on the screened patio, including eating many meals on the dining set. We had lots of great beach days and appreciated the chairs, sand toys and beach bag with towels. The neighborhood is really lovely—so pretty. Walking to the neighborhood dock was a special treat, with its beautiful views. The heated community pool was wonderful too. The owners are so nice and very easy to work with. We loved our stay here.

Nice quiet spot on a popular islan

We stayed on this property for 3 months. We spend 3 months each winter in a warmer climate for the past 25 years so we do have perspective. The owners of this property are excellent. They were there for us to make sure our entry was good throughout our stay if any small issue developed they were there to have the issue fixed. This is a big deal as you trust your stay to some people you have never met. The neighbors and location are very good. You can fish, play tennis, swim in a pool or the ocean, I preferred the long bike routs. The place is big, 3 beds and two baths. It seems to be a 1980s home but the owners have spent money on modern improvements. The kitchen is well equipped. We would and will rent this property again

Family Getaway

House was beautiful with a well stocked kitchen cookware and utensils. We loved the screened in porch. Absolutely loved fishing off the dock. Caught lots of fish and saw Dolphins, Manatee, Spinner, Pelicans. Easy check in. Patty was fantastic to communicate with. Pool was nice and quiet. 2 bikes there was a plus! Loved the puzzles, games and magazines. We would recommend you drive to beach if you have gear and a cooler. Walk takes 15 minutes. Our kids said this was their favorite house. Brought our pickleball paddles and had family competitions at Langford Park. Restaurants, seafood market, bait store and grocery stores were relatively close. Quiet neighborhood.

The house is beautiful, the owners are outstanding. The cleaning service and garbage pickup did not serve them well at this property for our stay.

Great accommodation. Good location, clean and comfortable.

House worked perfectly for what we needed. Split the bedrooms with another family and the kids in the third. Enough beds for everyone. Pretty much fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for a week. Great location on the inter-coastal side of Hutchinson Island. Walk to the beach was not that long. Owners were very responsive as we had multiple conversations. They were always quick with responses. We would not hesitate to rent this place again.

After years of looking for a beach home we found the perfect location , walking distance to a very beautiful beach, a quiet small community with no gates, friendly people, a fishing dock, and on The Indian River,
as well as not even a mile to the beach , lots of wonderful local bars ,restaurants it truly has the best of all worlds!!!😊🌴🌴☀️

Close to the beach with a great pool area in the community as well. It's very roomy , homey , just comfortable, with everything you'll need to make yourself at home, get the rest and fun you're looking for!

Ceiling fan in each room..I hope you will find this home , this location, this community and this area as special, wonderful and beautiful as we did when we decided to buy here after years of searching .
