Villa Sunset Point is very centrally located in Cape Coral. Few driving minutes from grocery stores, shopping and dining as well as sporting facilities.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a den greet you in this vacation rental. The kitchen is fully equipped and the TV in the main living room offers entertainment for those hot summer nights. The swimming pool is electrically heated and can be used year round. The oversized pool deck is covered by a large pool screen and offers plenty of space to lounge, relax and play.
Unser Ferienhaus Sunset Point liegt im Herzen von Cape Coral. Sehr zentral in der Naehe der Midpoint Bridge, hat man von hier aus schnellen Zugang zu Shopping und Dining.
Das Haus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder, eine grosse Pool Landschaft zum Entspannen, Spielen oder Sonnenbaden. Der Swimmingpool ist elektrisch beheizt und kann das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden. Die Kueche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet einen Kuehlschrank mit Icemaker. Der breite Kanal schafft eine beruhigende Atmosphaere und von hier aus hat man die Moeglichkeit den Fischen beim "Springen" zuzusehen oder wer Hobbyangler ist kann von der Haus eigenen Seawall seinem Sport nachgehen.

Cape Coral

The property was conveniently located with lots of nice touches! Hangers in the closets, drawers full of cooking supplies, little treats. The only flaw was the neighbor to the right had two big dogs and did not pick up their waste. This left the bad smell drifting over to our pretty pool view. A more considerate neighbor would make the stay perfect.

Great stay in Cape Coral

We had a great stay in Cape Coral. The house is nice, clean and has everything. The location next to a channel is great, the neighborhood and area are safe. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day.

Life by the canal, home with a pool!

Overall it was great with a clean place and all things as promised. I would suggest a new tap in the kitchen as it shoots water very sharply and wastes water. It’s still manageable. The pool was warm, the house is central to a lot of amenities and is safe.

Our stay at Sunset Point was everything we wanted.

Our stay at Sunset Point was everything we wanted. The kitchen was so well stocked and the started kits were very helpful. It always is nice to have past renters leave a few things behind ...we were so grateful for the sunscreen...thank you...it felt so good to pay forward when we left a few starter items! The neighborhood was a great place to bike and our grandchildren enjoyed biking to see the resident burrowing owls. We for sure would recommend this property to the young and old alike...was so easy to get around Cape Coral from this location and shopping was within a few mile drive...very convenient for groceries! Thank you Vesteva for a wonderful stay and we will see you next year! The Vesteva group was such a joy to work with..no problems with the house and our check in and check out went great. We had such a great experience we decided to rent for next year with Vesteva . They were so helpful with helping us decide which property would work best for us as we travel with our well behaved golden doodle! Thank you Vesteva!
