With recent enhancements from a new cleaning company and maintenance person in December 2024, we are dedicated to providing an even better guest experience.

Some of the information was not accurate or updated. But the property manager was very quick to respond and take care of issues that came up. Overall a good place to stay. Having the pool was a bonus. .

The place was filthy, beds were not made, stains on mattresses, had to hunt down the bedding and the comforters stunk like they were never washed - they smelled like BO. The A/C sounded like it was going to blow up and the temp was set to 78 degrees, it was like a hot sauna when we arrived. The pool was dirty the kids didn’t even want to use it as it was cold and gross yet the listing says “heated.” there were broken blinds all over the property, floors were sticky and had grime on them like they were never washed, cabinets were sticky and had a greasy film on them. It was so bad I would not shower there it was just gross…. I was surprised how dirty the place is considering the large cleaning fee…. I also had to pay for property damage insurance yet there was so much damage at the property…. Thought that was strange as well. The key was not under the mat like it indicated in the instructions, it was in a black box on the door. For the price you can stay in a very nice clean hotel…. I feel bad for anyone who books this for a week…. We stayed for 1 night and could not wait to leave in the morning. I made the mistake by not reading the reviews and looking at the photos supplied by customers prior to booking. Lesson learned….

I was kind of disappointed in this vrbo. The pool was not cleanest, pool floats were limited or shoved in corner on deck with dirt. The toilet paper in master bathroom smelled like smoke really bad. The dishes in cabinets were dirty and needed to be washed before use.( lipstick was still on a cup) toaster did not work. Overall it was livable and so its purpose for our stay but I would not stay again. The location on the lake was beautiful although the deck seemed to be falling apart so we could not go out on it.

Clean house, quiet neighborhood. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen looked to have everything one may need to make meals, including a good variety of spices and condiments. The skylights in the house let in a lot of light. The house is big enough to have people spread out.

When we first arrived Caitlin was there finishing up some things but the house was warm she said the previous guests had the air set high but after she left we never could get the house to cool off it stayed 79-80 until the next day the ac completely quit working and had to call for it to be fixed, thankfully they did get there quick and got it fixed but the air filter was horrible… definitely hadn’t been changed in awhile. After that we never had anymore trouble with the ac. The pool was so hot it was not enjoyable until I finally called and asked if the heater was on, I don’t know why you need a heated pool on in June in Florida. Pool was also very dirty and had hair floating all in it, we were told pool cleaners would be there the next day but they didn’t show up until the day we were leaving. The entire pool area was dirty with hair and dirt. The blinds over the sliding glass doors were all missing pieces and didn’t block out any light, those should have been replaced. We had to unplug one of the lamps because it kept flickering even when we thought it was off. The washer stunk and the dryer button was broke. The bed in the master had dirt or sand under the sheet and the closet light don’t work… house definitely needs more attention and some TLC!

Almost perfect!

Nice sized house with a beautiful view, right on the lake. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool was wonderful. The only issue (and it's probably only an issue for me because I cook often) is that the kitchen could use a baking dish and/or a cookie sheet or two. All communication with hosts before and during the stay was excellent. Would stay again.

Host and cohost were excellent with cohost going and beyond with supplying us with bikes and kayak.

Cohost went over beyond with communication. He was GREAT. Pool comfort is minimal. Kitchen could use a through cleaning along with pots and pans and cupboards. Bath towels need to be replaced as well as bed sheets and pillows and comforters. Location is excellent and so is view!!!

Amazing views for fishing Red Snapper, drum gish, and snook. Take your boat for a ride to Gulf, enjoy a dip in the newly resurfaced pool, or get a good night's sleep on the comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen. A 10-minute bike ride to the Westin resort, with many shops and restaurants. Newly renovated in April 2019. Amazing views, best location in Cape Coral. Quiet street for a good night's rest. Beautiful paved pool deck with amazing pool overlooking incredible views of Thunderbird lake. I lived in this home for five years and can say this area of Cape Coral is quiet, friendly, and full of life. Many parks are close to walking in the morning or evening. I renovated the bathrooms, painted, and laid new tiles for the enjoyment of my guests. The pool deck has comfortable tables and chairs for breakfast and lounges to get sun in the afternoon. A new Air conditioning unit was installed in September of last year to keep things cool. A jacuzzi bath for your relaxation in the master bedroom bathroom.
