Ocean view studio room (1bed)

Our flat is situated along Roxas Boulevard where the guests can enjoy the breath taking view of Manila Bay and jog along the trail of Rizal Park. At the same time, it is near Manila Hotel, restaurants, shops, China Town, PICC, and malls. We are also just a blck away from US Embassy. Not mentioning the modern interior design of the flat and other recreational facilities such as gym and pools inside the buiding. For guests who will bring car, we also have parking spot available.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Die Lage und Aussicht war Super. Das Studio war schmutzig und voller Schaben und Ungeziefer. Pfannen waren mind.10 Jahre alt und nicht zu gebrauchen. Kühlschrank war sauber. Badezimmer schmutzig und nur 1 zerissenes Handtuch, 1 WC-Roole mit nur noch ca. 20 Blatt. Diese Unterkunft kann man nicht empfehlen, denn Niemand kümmert sich um die Gäste.
