This 1200 Square foot home sits off the beaten path and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fold out couch, full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Enjoy the quite walking trails through out the property and fishing in the pond. The pasture in front is filled with donkeys, goats, chickens and horses! A beautiful peaceful view while you relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch. At night you can enjoy the fire pit while you are roasting marshmallows! Located just 12 miles from the Mineola Nature Preserve and 40 miles from Canton and the famous Trade Days! 25 miles to Tyler and 100 miles to Dallas. Right in the middle of so much to do!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful farmhouse! Such a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We loved the farm animals and the walk down to the pond. It was just such a relaxing stay. Honestly my dream home! Would love to come back to stay again!

The house was super clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was only an overnight stay but we enjoyed every minute. Fresh farm eggs helped us start the day with a good breakfast before we left. Just lucky we were able to grab Mrs Theresa's Farmhouse for our stay.

Beautiful country stay. Even more charming than the photos. This was our first girls trip for my young adult daughters and I. Spacious kitchen with bar seating so we could make meals and treats and visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Home on the Farm

We loved the peace and quiet on this farm. The house was well equipped and so well laid out. Very clean and neat. Great place to unwind, enjoy nature (the animals are great on this farm), and take long walks. Wish I was there now.

Almost Heaven!

What a wonderful place! The farmhouse was better than described, furnished nicely, spacious, clean, and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The shower was large. But the main attractions were the rocking chairs on the front porch overlooking the beautiful pasture with adorable goats, cows, horses, and a donkey. The covered back porch was perfect for drinking coffee and watching the rain shower. Birds were everywhere; there was even a nest on the corner of the porch. We loved everything about this amazing property! Wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful, peaceful home and location

The home was peaceful, quiet, and it had a wonderful big shower and cool a/c with ceiling fans. The kitchen had everything you need. I would bring some shower soap. Due to the tremendous season of strong stormy weather, the little short dirt road to the house on the property had a lot of damage and ruts/mud, so make sure you have a truck or SUV for the time being. We truly enjoyed our time there and will be back!

This was a wonderful place in the country away from all the traffic and noise. Farm setting with all types of animals. The house is very nice and roomy with everything needed. We highly recommend this rental and the host is very nice too.

Wonderful home and location

If you enjoy the country you won’t be disappointed. The home is beautiful and has everything you might need. It was raining when we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy going for walks but the outside covered patio was a fantastic place to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Great place if you have a beloved dog as we do. She loved the place as much as we did! Wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return.

Spring Break at the Farmhouse

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Also, the trails, stargazing, and goats made for a fun time. We would definitely recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

A few upgrades to the home would be awesome! The tile in the shower, and the cleanliness of the toilet could have been better. The chairs around the fire pit could be upgraded. We only stayed one night, overall it was a good stay.

Lovely Farm Cottage

Nice home in the country. Couldn’t hear traffic from the highway. A good view of the stars, and the birds in the daytime! Place was well stocked and maintained. Would stay there again My wife loved it! Dog seemed to enjoy his self too.

We stayed here to visit family and had them over for dinner. Is a great home to stay in, has a pond and enough privacy. Beds are comfortable, wash/dryer, all amenities you are use to, to feel at home. Would highly recommend this property! Will be back again!
