Beautiful Country Home in the Woods

This 1200 Square foot home sits off the beaten path and includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fold out couch, full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Enjoy the quite walking trails through out the property and fishing in the pond. The pasture in front is filled with donkeys, goats, chickens and horses! A beautiful peaceful view while you relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch. At night you can enjoy the fire pit while you are roasting marshmallows! Located just 12 miles from the Mineola Nature Preserve and 40 miles from Canton and the famous Trade Days! 25 miles to Tyler and 100 miles to Dallas. Right in the middle of so much to do!

Spring Break at the Farmhouse

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Also, the trails, stargazing, and goats made for a fun time. We would definitely recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Wonderful place to stay

This was a wonderful place in the country away from all the traffic and noise. Farm setting with all types of animals. The house is very nice and roomy with everything needed. We highly recommend this rental and the host is very nice too.

We stayed here to visit family and had them over for dinner. Is a great home to stay in, has a pond and enough privacy. Beds are comfortable, wash/dryer, all amenities you are use to, to feel at home. Would highly recommend this property! Will be back again!

The house was super clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was only an overnight stay but we enjoyed every minute. Fresh farm eggs helped us start the day with a good breakfast before we left. Just lucky we were able to grab Mrs Theresa's Farmhouse for our stay.
