Host was wonderful, easy to communicate with, house is clean and probably the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at! Great location to walk to all the downtown had to offer. ACs in every room so we were very comfortable during a summer weekend! Highly recommend!

Great experience

Stayed here with a few couples for a wedding in Meredith and it was everything we needed. Tracy was very responsive and easy to work with. Walking distance from the after party of the wedding and close to bars and shops. Thank you!

Wonderful home!

We rented this home for the weekend to attend a wedding in Meredith. Home was exactly as described, cosy and comfortable. Close to everything and very well appointed. Owner was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. We even had a last minute change and had to bring our dog-not a problem at all-there were even dog bowls! Can’t wait to return-thanks again!!

Love this property

We stayed 4 nights for our daughter's wedding. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for all, including my Mom (90) who was able to stay in the downstairs bedroom and not have to bother with stairs. Tracy is wonderful and so easy to work with. We had a special request to keep our daughter's dog with us and Tracy was happy to help. This took so much stress off the Happy Couple. The house is very well stocked and has a beautiful yard and fire pit. The neighborhood is safe and so close to everything we needed. Next time, we will be around enough to use the fire pit! Thank you for a great weekend.

Extremely welcoming and comfortable property, with room for six adults to socialize or spread out. Peaceful setting, yet within walking distance to downtown Meredith and the waterfront. The house was meticulously clean, with everything needed to instantly relax and enjoy our vacation. Thank you!

Family celebration

Tracy was very responsive and proactive. She helped my brother find accommodation close by. This was the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. They have everything you could need to prepare a meal or just hang out.

Cute lakeside cottage

We loved staying at the cottage, the beds were comfy, kitchen fully catered for those who like to cook. Plenty of areas to relax, our favourite being the fire pit. The bathrooms are on the small side, but you don’t spend much time in there! It was easy having the coded door access. Thank you for having us.

Welcoming and comfortable.

Great lodging for a group of adults attending a nearby wedding. Location was less than a half mile to the wedding and really close to Marketplace. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming with all its cozy spots to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed. The owner was very accommodating.

Cute and convenient

The property was even better than we expected. Perfectly located between downtown Meredith and Wakewan lake we were in the middle of the action. Property was well taken care of and very cute. It was everything we wanted.

Amazing

Perfect location and perfect house for a large group. It was so clean and had so much space inside. Appreciated all of the extras like the fire pit, games, so many towels & linens that were provided. Plenty of parking space as well. I would absolutely book again in the future.

Stay in Meredith on Red Gate Lane

This wonderfully comfortable home provided plenty of room for our family visit to Meredith for a summertime wedding. With a variety of family gathering areas, including the open concept living/dining/kitchen area, the enclosed porch (with lots of windows), the outside deck, and lawn & fire pit area, there are a lot of places to enjoy. Tracy was wonderful to work with, and there was everything we needed in the home (including toys for youngsters). The location was also just what we were looking for, with easy access to walk to town, including Mills Falls, the Town Docks, and more. This is a home that we highly recommend (especially for families), and would be happy to revisit in the future.

Lovely Cozy New Hampshire Home

This house was perfect for our weekend stay for a wedding downtown! Felt like we were home already from the minute we walked through the door. Amenities were up to date especially upstairs bathroom! We all could not stop talking about how comfortable and welcoming everything was. The decor was very fitting for New Hampshire and being by the lake! Would love to come back up again! Great to Flip Flop to Town

This is a charming house that is just up the hill from the town center. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of amenities. There are plenty of cozy spots for lounging in the house if that suits your fancy , including an adorable 3 season porch. The host was very communicative and helpful with any questions. My friends and I loved that we could flip flop our way to town for outings. Overall a great stay.

Ideal house

We had our family stay and this was an ideal location. Easy walk to the center of town. The beds were comfortable, plenty of parking, quiet, lovely yard. Tracy was very helpful . I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our family of 4. The location was fabulous, within walking distance or a short drive to restaurants, a winery, cafes, and activities. We also wanted to enjoy some downtime in the home, and there was enough space for us to spread out and do different activities without disturbing the others. I read in the sunroom while my kids watched a movie and my husband napped. Everyone wins! Tracy was wonderful with communications and responsiveness, and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Meredith area.
