We really enjoyed this property and how large it could fit our group. Just like their guest book said they have anything you need for the kitchen. The hot tub and pool were great and they even had wood for their fire pit stocked up. The host texted us back fast and was very kind to let us in a couple of hours early. Overall, definitely would stay again!

The outdoor space is the highlight of this property! We used the hottub and the waterfall at the pool and views are amazing. The property manager was outstanding! She responded immediately when we called her. The house needs some updating and deep cleaning to push me to a 5 star rating. The neighborhood is very quiet and this property is centrally located to everything we needed!

Our family had a great time here. The house was perfect for 9 of us with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of toys and equipment. Everyone loved the pool and spa. A bit far from downtown SD, but it was worth it !

My business team travels on various contracts. This is our favorite place to when we are in San Diego because the house is in a very convenient location, it is exceptionally clean, and the property managers are very responsive and easy to work with.

Beautiful place…great time in San Diego.

Celebrated my birthday with family and friends (10 total) Perfect location…not too far from the highways. Plaza full of shops, restaurant, grocery stores, etc. Our host was very attentive to our needs (hot tub, propane, etc) Definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful property with amazing amenities.

Wonderful house

House is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room fo family of 10. Beautiful property with an incredible view especially at night. Property manager and owners incredibly responsive to queries and resolved any issues immediately. Only suggestion is a thorough/deep cleaning as we found various items (earrings by the hot tub, food wrappers by the furniture; a hair in one of the tubs). Otherwise the place is clean. Would stay again.

The house was gorgeous and very clean. The location was not too far from San Diego, only a 20 minute drive and everything was just as advertised. There were so many supplies in the kitchen to use that helped when we made breakfast one morning. Lisa from evolve was so helpful! She was so quick to respond whenever we had any question and gave me her phone number to contact her during our stay. She was very accommodating. 100% recommend staying here.

When we arrived, the house we rented was not so clean. Dishes and glasses were dirty and had to be washed. Two throw rugs were dirty and had to be cleaned. Carpet had spots. This house was nice, but needed a deep cleaning of all rooms.

The homeowners always strive to have the house nice and clean and comfortable for their guests, and the housekeeping staff did an extensive cleaning of the home right before your arrival. The owners did not get any requests regarding cleanliness issues from you during your stay, however, if you had reached out to them, they would have immediately responded and had their staff re-clean the property. One of the evenings during your stay, they did promptly respond to your request to help heat the spa. Their response team came while you were enjoying a nice family dinner that night and any cleanliness issues were not mentioned; it seemed like you were satisfied with the home and enjoying yourselves. As evident by past reviews, these owners are known for their 5-star service and we look forward to helping them continue to host many happy travelers in the future. Perfect for big family vacation!

We loved this home for our family vacation. Both living rooms have plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliane and dish you could need. Plus they let you leave behind uneaten food. Of course we throw away the main things, but we always hate figuring out what to do with the unused new food you cant really take with. Weird point, but matters. The highlight of the home is the backyard. There are about 5 different seating areas and multiple gazebos! Of the pool and hot tub were great with a hillside view. The bedrooms arent huge, but adequate for needs. The master on the other hand in huge! The owners/managers were very nice and responsive. I never had to wait for a response. They immediately answred any questions. We would def stay here again, even without a big family!

We were a family of 12 with 6 little ones ages 2-11. There was plenty of room for them to spread out, HOWEVER, it could have been a one room home for all they cared because there were outside in the hot tub and pool every minute that we were there! The house was amazing and the outside was even more amazing. It was central to everything we visited. Lisa was also amazing. She touched base with us even before we started our travels. I would highly recommend this vacation home!

Beautiful time at Sunset Villa

We stayed at this location for a 10 person low key bachelorette party. The property manager checked in a few days before arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The communication throughout the weekend was fantastic and appreciated the follow up after we left too. It's a quiet family neighborhood with amazing views from the backyard. We didn't pay extra to heat the pool, but it was warm throughout the weekend so it was fine. For the evenings, we did warm up the spa which was a relaxing way to end the evening. There was plenty of bathroom/ bedroom space for 10 girls (ages 23-33) to get ready for the day/ night. Also plenty of space to eat all together in the formal dining room and outside patio. Linens, bath towels, pool towels were all provided. We didn't bring a car, but after we arrived took a quick Uber/ Lyft trip to Vons (~6 min drive, $10). They also do same day delivery. To get to downtown it was about a ~30 min drive and we usually got an XL 5-20 minutes after ordering. It was really easy to save money by doing meals at the house because plenty of appliances, plates, space, etc. We used the BBQ, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and all worked great. Only thing to note was there was no napkins, only one roll of paper towels provided, so make sure to pick up some extras. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would visit for another similar trip in the future! Would also be great for families since there were games, toys, life vests at the house as well.
