Too far from comfort and luxury

Usually I am not too picky, but the property in question has too many drawbacks: AC did not work, and it was cold in the flat, especially in bathrooms, where we had to bring radiators to make it more or less usable. Holes in walls, doors, nor closing, too few electric outlets, poorly equipped kitchen, no warm water in the kitchen, no curtains in the bedroom, so that the early morning sun shines right into your eyes, etc. etc. etc. Eli tried to do his best and we are very thankful to him for how he tried to improve our situation, bringing us a hairdryer and mugs but in fact the apartment is not comfortable at all, at least not for the money that it costs. In winter the terrace is sunny only until 11.30 , the way to the beach is through a construction site. I am sorry to describe it like that, but I am objective, no exaggeration.
