Spectacular 3 BR Beach Front End Unit-BREATHTAKING Views of the ocean and beach.

Villa Renaissance is a small, 36-unit boutique condominium complex inspired by Italian architecture. Our second floor, 2,066 SF end-unit features fully-screened, pocket-sliding glass doors that open to panoramic views of Grace Bay Beach.

A sizeable living area generously accommodates family and guests with comfortable seating and an entertainment armoire with HD TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar. For a more formal evening, the dining table seats eight.

Our spacious, wrap around balcony can be accessed from the living room or through French doors in the dining room and master bedroom. Drink your coffee and witness the sunrise from the comfort of our teak outdoor furniture.

The master bedroom has a king-sized platform bed with en suite bathroom and tub. The second bedroom has twin beds easily convertible to a king if requested and a full en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with full bath located in hall. All bedrooms include HD flat screen televisions. Master bedroom has a keypad safe in closet. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room.

Our condo is fully air-conditioned and contains in-unit Wi Fi. Additionally, all living areas and bedrooms contain ceiling fans. For your convenience a washer/dryer is available in unit. Beach/pool towels are provided at no cost. Cleaning takes place on a daily basis.

Located in the heart of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance is just a short walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and a grocery store. While there is no need for a car, Grace Bay Car Rentals is located across the street from Villa Renaissance.

The mosaic pool has been newly renovated with a cooling whirlpool, pool-side bar and furniture. Exercise and relax with the on-site lighted tennis court, air-conditioned fitness center and Teona spa.

This is an exceptional unit right on the beach! There is daily housekeeping, and all of the amenities that you would expect in a hotel. The host was gracious and responsive to any of our questions. We had an amazing vacation and would recommend this unit unconditionally.

We Love Turks and Caicos

Wonderful stay in Villa 208!

We had a wonderful stay in Villa 208! The unit was great-very clean and it had everything we could need. Fantastic pool, and of course, beautiful Grace Bay Beach right outside the door. We can’t wait to get back!

Very Pleasant Stay

We have stayed at the Villa Renaissance at least 10 times, and this unit is certainly one of our favorite units. It is exceptionally clean and well-appointed with a nicely equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We will definitely be staying here again.

Stunning

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had the time of our lives and your Villa was all we could ask for. The views were incredible! We loved being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants etc. We can't wait to get back some day. Mike was extremely helpful and always very responsive for any questions I had. Beautiful oasis in Providenciales

The condo and property are beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having coffee, tea, breakfast and lunch on the patio was perfect. The kitchen had everything you need to create a great meal. Michael was a great host and easy to work with. We would recommend this unit.

Our trip tp the Turks and Caicos Islands was perfect as was Villa 208. No disappointment here, the perfect place for a family vacation. The unit was spotless and had all the amenities you could possibly want. The views from the balcony were amazing, the best spot to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out to the beach.

Perfect Location

Villa Renaissance was amazing. Prior to our 6 nights here, we stayed 6 nights at Beaches and this place was a million times better. It was clean, so spacious, and perfect for our family of 6. The view is gorgeous. The property manager was amazing and catered to every need. It is also within walking distance to tons of restaurants, rental car place, covid test, and grocery store. The resort also had floats, sand toys, and snorkel stuff to use that was included! Perfect stay!

Paradise!

Everything about Villa Renaissance and Mike's unit was spectacular. The unit has everything a family could possibly need, and the location cannot be beat! The small, intimate resort ensured that the beach and pool were never crowded, and restaurants and shops were so close. I can only hope that we are able to return someday! Perfect!

We had an amazing week in Turks & Caicos. The condo was wonderful and the owner was very responsive. The corner unit and infinity sliding doors allowed for a great cross breeze and an amazing view of the ocean. Pool and beach were just steps away. Every aspect of the unit was comfortable for our family. We will be back!

Villa renaissance 208–Awesome vacation on Grace Bay

My family just spent 8 amazing nights at Villa Renaissance unit 208 on Grace Bay. The condo was perfect in every way; steps from beautiful Grace Bay, very clean and also I n close proximity to many restaurants and stores. The pool staff and beach staff were very helpful as well. There were 5 adults in our group; plenty of living space, 3 perfect bathrooms and plenty of other amenities in the condo. Mike kept the unit well stocked. The pictures and description does not do the place justice; it was all we had hoped for. We cannot wait to visit again and stay at the Villa Renaissance!

Great stay at Villa Renaissance in Turks and Caicos!

We feel very lucky to have discovered this unit at the Villa Renaissance in Turks and Caicos. We couldn't be happier with our whole experience. We traveled with our teenage boys and parents and loved the view/space Villa 208 offered. The unit had everything we needed and more. Between the pool, hot tub, easy access to the beach and shops; we were as busy as we wanted to be. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We have rented from others and none measure up to the hospitality that we received with Mike. We had a late return flight, and was able to stay later so we wouldn't be stranded at the airport for hours with nothing to do. Would definitely recommend!

Great Unit, Great Location, Great Rental Experienc

Our family of four just returned from our week in Provo. The condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for us. The view from the balcony was great and we seemed to spend time there enjoying a beverage and the view before dinner every night. We rented a jeep for the week, but definitely could've gotten by without one as the condo is located within a short walk of the grocery store, shops and many restaurants. i can't imagine that any other location on the island is more convenient to everything you would want to do. All of the boat excursions pick you up right on the beach. The overall rental experience was great. The owner responded almost immediately to all inquiries and the property manager on site was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend! So beautiful!

We had the best experience! Of course Turks and Caicos was beautiful. The big bonus for us was the the property we booked was everything we hoped for, the staff was so kind and attentive and best of all the property owner was a delight. During this time of uncertainty, he not only reassured us through the property booking process but he helped us navigate the policies and procedures being put forward by Turks. He went above and beyond and was in constant communication with us. The property managers even went out of their way to check the stock at the grocery stores so that we we assured we could shop when we landed to enjoy meals as a family in our condo. Everything was so clean and every precaution was being taken. We felt very safe to travel to this condo in Turks. Enhance the beauty and experience ahead of you by staying in this condo! You won’t be disappointed.

Simply perfect

Villa Renaissance is in the perfect location on the world’s best beach! Condo was clean and well stocked. The beach is only steps away. Water and sand were perfect! Beach chairs and umbrella as well as beach toys and floats included. Beach and pool were not crowded at all. Tennis court with rackets and balls included. Bikes with a rack for a short trip to grocery included. Numerous restaurants within short walking distance. Did not need a rental car. Groceries can be delivered and stocked in condo prior to arrival for a small service fee. Taxi only used for airport transfers. The only very minor issue encountered were a few mosquitos that found their way into the condo. Otherwise, absolutely no issues! Will stay again!

Outstanding Everything

Perfect place for family to stay while visiting TCI.Location is excellent. You could walk to a number of places- restaurants and shopping. Beach was right out your back door. Walking down to Grace Bay beach and just grabbing 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas every day is just tough to beat. We did rent a car, and were glad we did. But we like to explore a bit.As a family of 5 we use VRBO frequently. I’ve never had a better host. Michael was amazing. Unbelievable hospitality! You can genuinely tell he wants to share his place with you. He wants you to enjoy your time on Providenciales- we did. Thank you Michael!

A Great Stay in Turks and Caicos

The Villa Renaissance is a wonderful property that is ideally situated on Grace Bay. Villa Renaissance has the conveniences of a large property (pool-side food, bar, hot tub) yet the “feel” of a boutique hotel. We never felt crowded at the beach or pool.The second floor 3-bedroom is one of those places where the actual views and accommodations far exceed the pictures and descriptions you will use to make your decision.The amenities for the 3-bedroom Unit and the resort property were perfect for our multigenerational group ranging from ages 1 to 64. Michael is a very responsive owner and his onsite property management team quickly answered our questions and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.I highly recommend Villa Renaissance and the 3 bedroom accommodation.

Simply gorgeous!

Lovely place for our family to stay! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provided an abundance of space for our family get together and the views and accessibility to the gorgeous Grace Bay Beach were incredible! Fully stocked kitchen, loved having the stackable washer/dryer in the condo, quiet surroundings, and full service cleaning service every day along with concierge service. We felt quite spoiled! We opted not to rent a car as everything is within walking distance and bicycles are provided as well. The pool and hottub, along with the beach, were every day hang outs - our 2 year old granddaughter loved "swimming" every day! The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family looking to vacation in Turks & Caicos!

Great views, great place, great host

This was our first visit to T&C, and we already want to go back. The host was communicative and helpful all throughout our planning and our stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base for our visit. We took our three teenage kids with us, and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone. The unit is exactly as it looks in the photos - super clean, amazing views, and very close to everything you could need. There is a shopping center right across the street, as well as multiple restaurants. The area is convenient and clean, doesn't feel overly commercialized. We only needed a car for the airport and for our day trip to the marina for an excursion. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!
