Fantastic two storey home situated in a quiet, elevated street.

Featuring :

- double lock up garage.

Easy walking distance to both the shops and the patrolled surf beach.

The main bedroom is located downstairs and is serviced by a two-way bathroom.

The mezzanine floor hosts the second and third bedrooms as well as a second bathroom.

So pack the fishing rod, your swimmers and your favorite book and head on up to 'Sand Piper' for your next family holiday.

Sleeps eight in one x queen size bed, two x single beds and two x sofa beds.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

November break

Property clean but very dated. Only two of us so we lived downstairs. Tiny ensuite for main bedroom and upstairs bathroom not huge, would struggle if a big party was using the cottage. Couldn’t understand why only a two slice toaster for a place that accommodate up to 12. Would like a lounge chair or something similar to enjoy the outdoors. Not walking distance too much, need to drive into town for clubs pubs and restaurants. Was a set of shops about 500 metres or so away, pizza place, IGA, fish and chips etc. Would stay closer to town next time

Unclean

Not cleaned when we arrived, previous occupant sheets, towels thrown around. Place a mess. Cleaner arrived promptly after notifying agent, did 1 hour quick clean. Bed covering that was used by last occupants were replaced on bed and not cleaned. We brought our own sheets and sprayed 3 cans of glen 20 on all beds, sofa, door handles, bathrooms. Mattress covers were stained with blood in downstairs room and with urine in upstairs room. Smell from bbq was disgusting and covered in flies, we did not open to inspect. Holes in all fly screens and blinds broken and filthy. Property itself would have been perfect if it was clean and updated. Definately not acceptable as a covid safe/clean property.

Great Location plenty of room everything you needed and more.

Great Layout, big back yard, off street parking. Overall great little place, could pick on a few minor things however the good things about this property way out weighed the minor things. Will stay again.
