Beachside escape with a pool, pet friendly and Wi-Fi!

Nestled in a quiet street, just 450 metres from the main street and patrolled surf beach, you could literally unpack your bags and leave the car parked for the duration of your holiday at Sunyata.

This wonderfully presented, stylishly furnished low set three bedroom home features:

- air conditioned living area
- modern kitchen
- dishwasher
- microwave
- meals and dining area
- separate living areas
- widescreen TV & DVD player
- ceiling fans throughout
- four car accommodation
- boat parking

Cool off in the in ground swimming pool or watch the kids splash about whilst you relax in the covered outdoor area which also boasts a gas BBQ.

The back yard is fully fenced which is perfect for the kids and the family pet - outdoors only please.

Sleeps six in two x queen size beds and one x single bed with trundle.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

Great house. Close walk to shops and the beach. Yard was fully fenced, ideal for our dogs. Undercover parking for the boat and car. Will definitely stay again.

Great Location, clean modern home with lots of space! Will absolutely stay here again!! I had read a few negative reviews before arriving and was a bit worried but was put at ease the moment I walked through the door! Whatever negative posts were made before our stay must have been rectified.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time, very clean, very comfortable, had everything that you needed already there. A short walk to the Main Street and beach - would definitely recommend. Only problem we had was with a few pests but maybe due for a pest spray other than that we could not fault anything at all.
