You will absolutely love this fabulous four bedroom, two bathroom holiday home that can comfortably accommodate the whole family.

Easy walking distance to the shops, cafes, grocery store and most importantly - the beach!

Clean and comfortable, this property has all the modern conveniences which means you can just sit back and relax - enjoy a beachside family holiday - you deserve it!
Pets are also welcome (outdoors only please), fully fenced yard.
* Please note that the lock up garage is not accessible to guests, car parking is under the shade sail at the front of the property.
* Please also note that this property changed hands in December 2018 and the new owners have resolved issued raised in old Reviews including hot water system and beds.

Backing onto parkland, this low set holiday home is perfect for families and is within walking distance to the beach and shops.

Sleeps ten people in two x queen size beds, two x double beds and two x single beds.

Please note: Open firepits and scaling/cleaning of fish at this property is strictly prohibited. If cleaning/scaling of fish is required, please do this at Gardiners Fisheries station - 1 Karoonda Road, Rainbow Beach.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Girls getaway

We stayed for 10 nights and the house was very comfortable and well equipped. Very relaxed atmosphere and we enjoyed having coffee outside watching the birds in the trees on the vacant block behind the house. The pictures need to be updated and we took our own portable WiFi unit and had no major problem with it. The staff could not be any more helpful, while we were there. We highly recommend this house to anyone that wants a relaxing stay.

NO hot water and bedding in 4th bedroom terrible

We had no hot water for the whole time we were there due to wet weather and after we called the real estate only to find out the electrician couldnt make it out there and then after our stay found out there was a booster switch that we could have turned on. The 4th bedroom really only slept 1 person because the other 2 beds were unacceptable to sleep on.

Comfortable, well provisioned holiday house for two families to share

Great house and fenced yard to share with our family friends and our dog for a week. Close to IGA for quick grocery top up. Easy walk to Main Street, activity bookings and to the beautiful child and dog friendly Rainbow Beach. House in quiet street and backs onto a small reserve so it felt like we had a really big backyard with beautiful trees and birdlife. Well provisioned kitchen. Good hot water and plenty for showers for all. Good BBQ. Plenty of space and couch room to seat us all comfortably. WiFi for TV and our various devices would be a good addition to this holiday house so we could watch our own steaming services on the TV. We had to take our own.

Rise and Shine

This house was just what we needed. The main bedroom was HUGE, with a comfy bed and even a big bath to chill out. Although the house and lounge was old in style, it had a fabulous open-style dining and lounge space. The owners provided additional helpful items such as dishwasher tablets, frozen water bottles, glad wrap and foil. The back yard provided freedom looking out onto open grass and trees with a lovely outdoor setting and you could walk to the shops, Sports Club and into town. Thanks 'Rise and Shine.'

Terrific Location

Great kitchen with everything you would want. 2 of the single mattresses were small foam ones, not really comfortable for our adult sized teenagers. Everything else is as good as it looks on the inter net.
