Beach house within the Costa do Sauipe hotel complex at 300m from the beach. There are five minutes from the beach and the lagoon. With four suites. Modern architecture, outdoor area with gourmet space, with barbecue, swimming pool, sun loungers and hammock. TV and wifi available.
Staying in this house you have access to the new beach village, the commercial center of Costa do Sauípe, the largest hotel complex in Brazil. There are shops, bars and local art attractions.
The condominium has a private club with swimming pool, games room, ballroom, gym, sauna, sports court, tennis courts, soccer field, walking paths with green in a safe environment with two guaritas and, 24h security, place with extremely preserved natural beauty.
