Our Bach - Central Kaikoura

Centrally located this holiday home is within 2 minutes walk of the Kaikoura main street and town beach and 5 minutes drive to South Bay, supermarket etc.

Our fully fenced 2 bedroom plus sleepout home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with the following bedding configuration:
Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds + Bunks (Double on bottom, Single on top) NOTE: top bunk not suitable for children, no safety rail
Sleepout - 1 Single Bed + Bunks (Queen on bottom, Single on top) NOTE: top bunk not suitable for children, no safety rail

Enjoy dining on the expansive sheltered decking areas and keep cosy in winter with the living room log burner (no fire guard).

Freeview, wifi and chromecast available for your use.

Full kitchen and BBQ plus extra fridge space

Bathroom/laundry with vanity, shower and washing machine (separate toilet).

Outside there is a fish filleting bench and washing line for your use and ample off street parking for your car and boat.

NOTE 1: duvets and pillows are provided but guests must provide all their own linen (pillowcases, sheets, towels, tea towels etc).

NOTE 2: This property is not serviced and guests must clean it before leaving and remove all rubbish - please treat it as you would your home and leave it as you found it.

Please also be respectful of our neighbours and NO PARTIES.
