Located in Bucerias Nayarit (It´s a beautiful town approx. 9 miles north of Puerto Vallarta). El Cantón del Viejón is the perfect house for vacationing in the amazing Banderas Bay.
In El Cantón del Viejón you will be able to re-discover your five senses. The delicious aroma of the sea mixed with the diversity of plants offers you an uncomparable pleasure; Listening the sound of a variety of birds mixed with the sound of the waves, gives you the tranquility you look for on a holiday by the sea; Feel the sand in your body and the incredible sensation off the cool and humid air, is a feeling you will love; Enjoy the different tonalities of the sky in the sun set; At night you can witness a full celestial vault of stars. Every day offers different spectacular views and sensations. The multiple combinations of colors in the great variety of plants and flowers is one of the most beautiful gifts that Mexico offers you free of charge!
El Cantón del Viejón it´s only one block from the beach and includes of garage for one cars with automatic doors.
If you enter by the principal door, the first thing that you see it´s a back yard with a big beautiful swimming pool.that´s because the spacious living room and the dining room has big sliding windows. Also you can see the guest house provides you privacy with a room, complete bathroom; A space to enjoy the summing pool doing barbecue without going into the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator stove oven and all the things you need, including a big pantry to store your groceries. It has also a washing machine and dryer.
The first floor also has an office with high speed WIFI. The stairs for the second floor have a beautiful Mexican Cupula above.
The second floor has four bedrooms: one with stained glass windows and en-suite bathroom; Two other bedrooms with balconies and the Main bedroom also with balcony and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a dressing room. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and ceiling fans help provide a good night of rest, while access to the outdoors is a breeze.
The guest house have air conditioner.
This house includes maid service 3 days per week.
