Located in a residential area, in front of Lake Luz Natal and very close to downtown, allowing you to leave the car at home and make a beautiful walk. All very spacious and airy, amid the exuberant nature of the Sierra. The house offers a large balcony, 2 full bathrooms, including a bath and a very cozy room. A fantastic place for families and people who want to enjoy the city and nature.
