Great stay in Siesta

Another great vacation in Harbor Towers. Unit was clean and well equipped. Mgmt responses to inquiries were quick and professional. Only issue was the combined washer/dryer in the unit. Cycles take an extraordinary amount of time and after the dry cycle, the unit wouldn’t shut off. I was much better off using laundry facilities on the floor.

The condo itself was great, clean and well stocked. Very spacious unit which we enjoyed. The pool and building were well maintained and heated! We were there for a little over a month and were excited to have a washer dryer within the unit but unfortunately, it was not in working condition. The master bedroom had three different closets, all three were filled with pool/ beach items, the 2nd was filled with paint cans, cleaning items snd other tools, the 3rd had the two different vacuums so closet space was very limited. I hope the owners will consider re-organizing for future longer term renters. Lastly, the VRBO listing stated that it was a 8 minute walk to the beach, that is not true. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach parking lot and then another five minutes to the actual beach. The listing description is a bit deceiving.

Great start to retirement.

This was a great first vacation spot post-retirement. The key’s beaches and village are the best with outstanding shuttle services. Harbor Towers amenities (pool, gym, grills, etc.) were perfect. The unit was ideal size and in good shape. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Spacious and bright

What a lovely place! 3 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom was perfect for my mom, brother and myself. Very clean and modern. The den off of the kitchen was a sunny spot for afternoons- though the a/c in this room was too powerful for the space and could get loud when it kicked on. w loved the pool and having a new exercise room was a plus. I would definitely come back

This unit is fabulous. Loved the large rooms and updated furniture. The master shower is the best I have ever used. It could use a larger hot water tank. Difficult for 6 people to shower after the beach. The ventless wash/dryer was very difficult to operate and took much too long to just wash. Would up using the wash dryer machines provided on each floor. The condo amenities were fantastic. Loved the pool and grills. The distance to the beach access was cumbersome but nothing can be done about that. We are hoping to stay here again next year.

Initial booking was a problem

I booked for 3 weeks initially, and the website took the booking. I was called by the property manager a few days later and was told I couldn't have the three weeks because the property requires a two week stay and if I took the three week the property couldn't be rented the one week left open. We agreed to tack on the third week into the next month and I confirmed it was open, and she said it was. A couple of days later I was notified the third week I booked was already booked and they would cancel my vacation if I couldn't rebook. I had to rebook the third week at another location which was absolutely a horrible experience.

Siesta key is amazing!

The location is great for this condo - splits the difference between crescent beach/stickney point and the Siesta Village. The beach is less than 1 mile, with public parking and maintained public bathrooms and cafe. All the “gear” you need for the beach, even with kids, is provided. This was so helpful! It is so easy to get around Siesta with the Trolley stop right outside this condo. It is located on a busy street, and can be a bit noisy at times but it never bothered us. Grills, outdoor patio area and pool access on premise - all great! The kiddie pool was a big hit for families with young children. Everyone was very friendly. The sidewalk path around the building is lit at night for evening walks away from busy traffic. And, of course, the beautiful harbor sunrises right in your backyard! We had to utilize the phone number provided to contact property management a few times, at check in and for a couple of general questions, but ultimately they were able to address our needs. We ended up paying for laundry for efficiency reasons. Overall, this vaca was more than we wanted to pay but it was worth it to experience all Siesta has to offer from this prime location! Would stay again!!

We love the calm, friendly atmosphere of Harbor Towers. In addition to the beach & pool, we enjoyed the lounge areas out back on the bay where we had many dolphin sightings. The condo is updated & beautifully appointed. Having a den in addition to 3 bedrooms came in handy on many occasions.

Fantastic in every way

Walking in it felt like home. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The place was so cute( all my favorite colors). They were responsive with anything I needed. My kids had plenty of space and with two living rooms I was able to set up my workspace in one overlooking the pond. The cart they provide to go to the beach was sturdy and perfect to carry all our things on the short .5 mile walk. There were beach toys, games, a beach umbrella and of course anything you needed to cook with. The shuttles are free, but sometimes we wanted to walk because it was so nice. I’m definitely booking this little gem again when we go back and we will be going back.

Great family vacay!

The property met our expectations-very clean, close to many attractions, kid friendly and helpful amenities. Particularly loved the decor but not excessive to make it difficult for the kids to get into things and make it a “no no” day. Security was excellent. Will certainly want to return.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed the stay at this condo. The facility was clean and well maintained. The condo was exactly what we were looking for with 4 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed our time at the pool, the use of the gym and beautiful walks on the beach. We highly recommend this facility.
