In the recent years the the activity has been diversify and now it has an airport and most recently the villa has been listed to guest tourists.

Why they chose this property
Because of its unique design and luxurious furniture you will feel in paradise (whish you are). The villa has gorgeous gardens and view to the Fortuna river and Arenal Volcano.
The villa is located in a very private property with beautiful surroundings with fruit trees, and amazing views. But also 7 minutes away to La Fortuna Town and close to all the attractions that you can find in La Fortuna.
Since it is located so close to the airport you can use the property as your own hub while vacationing in Costa Rica and have daily flights to any other top spot (such as beach in caribbean or pacific side, etc) of the country by plane arriving in no more than 25 minutes to any location.
