Wake up to sweeping views of Palm Beach and fall asleep to the sound of waves. Black Zinc is freestanding and incredibly private with the beach just a five minute walk away.
This cottage is an open plan, Scandinavian inspired, living kitchen dining area. New bathroom with heated floors, private outdoor deck area with BBQ and breathtaking ocean and beach views from every room.
Master bedroom has a king bed with views of the beach and ocean. The second bedroom is loft style with two single beds. This room has a skylight window that opens to views of the beach and ocean. Guests have access to the entire house, with all the amenities you would expect at home including reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Inclinator access to the house. Please note, this property does not offer easy access for those who are mobility limited, and we also note that there is only street parking available to guests.
