Welcome to Resort Plaza 5013, a warm and inviting three-bedroom, three-bath Park City vacation rental that delivers true ski-in/ski-out access at the base of Park City Mountain Resort — a dream location for families and groups who want to be in the middle of the action without sacrificing comfort or space. At 1,550 square feet with sleeping for up to 8 guests, this well-appointed condo is available for nightly and weekly stays during the winter season and nightly and monthly stays in spring, summer, and fall.

Situated in the Marsac Mill Manor building, Resort Plaza 5013 places you right at the center of resort-village life — a short distance from the lifts, ticket windows, and a lively collection of dining and shopping options at the base area. Historic Main Street and the Town Lift are a short walk away, and Park City's free year-round bus stops just outside the building, connecting guests to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, and beyond.

Step inside and the open-concept living and dining area immediately sets a welcoming tone — bright, comfortable, and anchored by a cozy gas fireplace that earns its keep on cold mountain evenings. The full kitchen is well equipped for home-cooked meals and casual entertaining, and a sofa sleeper in the living room provides flexible additional sleeping space for the group.

Sleeping accommodations are generously arranged across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third bedroom provides two twin beds — a flexible, family-friendly layout that works well for groups of adults and children of varying ages. Each bedroom is served by its own full bathroom, giving every guest their own comfortable and private space.

Please note that Resort Plaza 5013 does not have air conditioning. The mountain climate keeps summer evenings cool and comfortable.

Resort Plaza 5013 guests enjoy off-site access to a year-round pool, hot tub, and fitness center at The Lodge at Mountain Village, within walking distance of the property. Heated underground parking is included in the Lowell Building, with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches — please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and alternate parking is not available. Your parking pass will be waiting on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access, and a free community luggage storage room are also included.

Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.

Resort Plaza 5013 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personalized door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.

Fabulous location and helpful staff

What a great location! Best access to lifts without walking up lots of stairs. The condo had lots of room and the staff was genuinely nice and helpful. This unit will be our new standard at Park City.

Desperately needing an update

Old, outdated for the price...carpet bubbling up, framework shoddy, original (old) bathrooms & fixtures. Appliances in kitchen are old/original and kitchen is tiny. Lots of wasted space, and poor layout. Zero comfort conveniences like additional blankets or pillows for ex.
