This magnificent, well-appointed 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in the gated community of Hermosa Heights, sleeps 10. Just minutes away, are beaches that offer snorkeling, fishing, kayaking and surfing tours that leave right from the beach. Our in-house concierge would be happy in assisting you with any of your vacation rental needs.

The BBQ Grill located poolside, gives you and your family the ability to fully enjoy the dining al fresco experience. Should you wish to request a chef to cook in your kitchen, or should you wish to eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants in town or on the beach simply reach out to our reservation team who will be happy to assist you in making your culinary wishes come true. Spectacular View

The view does not disappoint, fantastic! The home was very comfortable with A/C in every room and a modern kitchen and well equipped with dishwasher. Only one wifi connection in the living room, so the master bedroom has poor connectivity but when we were connected it was decent, tv only in the master and living room, both smart tvs with several apps already signed in. I think a desk in the master would be a plus. The pool is an infinity pool, it's not heated and can get a bit chilly, and really not great for children, it's too deep for young children and right on the cliff, but we still enjoyed. Lots of wildlife, they come right up to the door, I enjoyed it although it scared the kids. Property managers were pretty much hands off, I guess it's a plus if you want privacy, a negative if you need help with anything. Biggest disappointment, realizing the massive price difference between booking on VRBO or directly with the property managers. All in all a good experience!

Perfect house for our getaway!

The house has incredible views and was plenty of room for our party. The AC in the great room didn’t work and unfortunately due to the local holidays they were not able to procure a part this week. But the AC in all other rooms worked. One important note: the house is on the top of a steep hill. We originally rented a Toyota Rush which could barely make it up the hill (it has a 1.5L engine - smaller than a Corolla yet is an SUV that is supposed to seat 7!!). We swapped that out for a Toyota Fortuner and had no problems after that. But you may want to factor that into your costs.
