About this property

If you're looking for a quality holiday home with plenty of room to move and be within walking distance to the beach, this is the one for you. A sophisticated home offering wonderful views to the ocean and the back garden adjoins a nature reserve.

When entering the home you are welcomed into a large sophisticated living/dining/kitchen area with bi-fold doors opening out onto your entertaining area where you can enjoy a family lunch with ocean and tree top views. On this level is the 4th bedroom (ocean views) main bathroom and Television/study room.

Upstairs offers three excellent bedrooms (two with ocean views) main bedroom with ensuite and large spa bath plus balcony and third bathroom

The back garden is well kept with lawn area and tropical gardens and a lovely place to lie back and relax or enjoy a swim in the lap wet edge swimming pool which is solar heated.

Facing due north you'll be snug in the winter sunshine yet cooled by the breeze in summer. Inside there's the warmth of timber flooring with ample windows and light comes streaming through.

GREAT GETAWAY

This property was great for two families. Great pool, great location. Next time I would pack eye masks for sleeping as the blinds are not block out. Laguna were great to deal with - very friendly and efficient.

Hidden luxury

We had a beautiful week in this perfect little getaway, hidden amounts the trees yet a walking distance to everything we needed and more. We had everything we needed at our home away from home also. Thank you to the wonder to Laguna real estate for the easiest check in and out I think I have ever done and lovely staff I had the pleasure of dealing with :)
