Great little unit!

The kids loved the pool. The rooms were all lovely, clean and comfortable. Great location with a park nearby and nice and quiet cul-de-sac.

Noosaville escape

This is great accommodation in Noosaville. Close to the supermarket and walking distance to Noosa river restaurants. Beds very comfy, lovely pool and lots of space in living area. Thank you for letting us stay, we hope to be back soon.

Practical stay

The property accommodated us, a family of 5 with big adult children well. It was functional and comfortable. Highlight was the outdoor eating area and pool. Amenities were average, (dishwasher needs updating) cleanness of the property when we arrived was poor, however we experienced a more thorough clean mid stay. Ensuite bathroom is old and tired. TV in the living room is excellent. Location was quiet and within a decent walk to the river. Property would benefit from a BBQ and some other beach related items.

Great stay but sack the cleaners!

The house is a great space, we loved having the pool there and the beds were super comfy. The location is good, walking distance to the river and restaurants around Noosaville. The biggest let down however was the house was not very well cleaned when we arrived, particularly the bathrooms where there was pubic hair, dirt and grime around the showers, sinks and bath. I sent photos to the property company, who were great to communicate with and were horrified at the state of the bathrooms, and they sent the cleaners back, however they still didn’t do a great job. The house could do with a thorough deep clean by a professional company. There was thick dust And cobwebs around the windows, grime on the floor in the corners and on the kitchen cupboard doors etc. The current cleaners must only be doing a quick surface clean and not a very good one at that. Such a shame, but we stilll had a great holiday despite this. Everyone we spoke to at Laguna Noosa Holidays was lovely and very helpful though we strongly recommend they find a new cleaning company to work with!!!

All that you could want with plenty of room. TV needs updating an a a few jigsaw puzzles would be great if bad weather hits, which it did at the time of our stay an that’s when I realised there needed a few updates,but that is minor to the overall set up. Thankyou

Good for the price we paid. A good 15 minute walk to the Noosa river. Some Excellent restaurants near by. Best time to see Noosa would be during the week as the traffic entering Noosa and national parks hectic. Parking terrible. Very relaxing around Noosaville and surrounding areas.

Even better than expected

This townhouse provided excellent space for a family of six. The living area was a good size and upstairs office area gave another option for spreading out. The private pool was a lot of fun. Noosa beach was a short drive away and the river and attractions of Noosaville an easy walk. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Experience

This property suited our family with the large kitchen living room and bedrooms. Pool was awesome. We explored the neighborhood on the rainy days to discover canals and parks. Walking distance to shopping centre and the main Nooseville street. Plenty of coffee shops to choose from. We had a great time hiring a boat on one of the rainy days. This property did not disappoint in anyway.

Not worth it

Location was perfect! House was nice but but it wasn’t real clean & there was some previous damages done to the property that hadn’t been fixed. Paid a hell of a lot more than I should of for a 3 night stay in a villa that wasn’t cleaned properly at all! Had to contact the real estate to send someone over to fix the Foxtel but didn’t get a response as to when someone would be coming, so waited around for hours for the antenna man & missed out on a lovely afternoon at the beach. Very disappointed!!

The technician for the Foxtel was contacted with regards to the issue, it's difficult to advise guests when a tradesperson will be there, hence we advise please don't wait and go about your day. Nice townhouse with pool

Nice, clean tidy town house. Private pool was great. Bit of traffic noise from the road behind, but the double glazed windows upstairs were excellent and ensured you weren’t disturb. Overall very nice holiday house.
