This summer is booked, but this very popular property is available August 2nd. This home has a 30 day minimum stay due to local ordinances. Perfect family home in a cul-de-sac with a huge, fenced backyard in the heart of The Woodlands with easy access to Research Forest and Branch Crossing. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, and frameless showers. Travel themed decor. It is an amazing property and has great reviews from previous guests. Huge master bedroom and bathroom with oversized tub, separate frameless shower, and walk in closet. Large backyard has a patio with fire pit and outdoor furniture. 4 huge flat screen TV’s with Hulu cable TV, WiFi, xBox and 2 DVD players inside. Hi speed internet (418 Mbps) for streaming and Zoom meetings. Come visit family nearby or do some house hunting or work from home and enjoy The Woodlands. Check out the reviews of this highly rated property! And it's probably not too early to start thinking about the holidays. Texas is wonderful in the winter! Wonderful home

We’re repeat guests at Mystic and we loved it even more the second time. It’s clean, comfortable, and well equipped with nice appliances and lots of little extras like dishwasher soap so you can move straight in and start living. It’s also nice to have access to the garage and mailbox. Check in and check out could not be easier and we didn’t have a single issue in our month there. We hope to return to our “home” again next year!

Wonderful Home

We live overseas and spend 4-6 weeks every year in the Woodlands to visit family and medical centers. This is by far my favorite house! It’s quiet, comfortable, and furnished with high end appliances. The sleep quality is wonderful - comfortable beds, nice bedding, and blackout curtains. We didn’t enjoy the backyard at all because it’s a record hot summer in Texas but we sure enjoyed the strong air conditioner. Brian was so helpful and responsive. We had one unavoidable issue during our stay and he had it fully repaired within 24 hours, without inconveniencing us at all. I was shocked he was able to arrange repairs that quickly. I highly recommend Mystic for a short or long stay and hope to be return again next year.

Everything about our stay was positive. From the owner to the neighborhood. Owner was very flexible with our schedule. House was perfect.

I am a military veteran and pilot. I attended the United States Air Force Academy, and now I am a captain for a major airline. I live about 15 minutes from this property. I grew up in Wisconsin, but I have lived in Texas for most of my adult life. I enjoy real estate and only have 2 furnished rentals, but that allows me to personally make sure that my properties are maintained and turned over to exceed guest's expectations.

Why they chose this property

If you are going to spend 30 days or more in this area, you definitely want to stay at Mystic rather than a hotel. Take a peak at the reviews and feel confident that you and your family will be at home here. This property is perfectly suited for a family. It is in a wonderful location on a safe and kid friendly cul de sac. It is very convenient to Research Forest Drive. Just minutes to shopping and dining. It is also a short drive to the front of The Woodlands and I-45. Many recent guests have enjoyed working from home there (hi speed WiFi for online meetings works flawlessly), while being close to their oil and gas employers or extended family in The Woodlands.

What makes this property unique

This neighborhood is so family-friendly and the neighbors are really great. Because Mystic has a 30 day minimum stay, you will probably meet a few of your neighbors and they are very sweet and respectful. A children's park is across the street at the end of the neighborhood, and a larger park with tennis courts, dog park, basketball courts, soccer fields, skate park, restrooms, and pavilion is less than a mile down Branch Crossing. There are also several community swimming pools/waterparks. All this and easy access to Research Forest or Woodlands Parkway and I-45. So close to everything, but tucked away in a neighborhood that could be a Norman Rockwell painting. There are 2 "cruiser" bicycles in the garage waiting for you to explore The Woodlands beautiful trails, and tennis rackets and balls for the local courts. I recently added a tetherball pole in the backyard because if you're 5 years old or 75, who doesn't like tetherball?
