Great Cabin

This cabin is cute and well stocked. Felt like home. It was perfect for our group, although the heat distribution isn't great. It will burn you out upstairs while still chill downstairs. We had to close some of the vents upstairs to try and equalize it. Overall, it was a great relaxing stay and the location was ideal for our daily jeep ventures.

Terrific Stay

The cabin was really nice with a splendid view of the river. It was a cozy place with fabulous decor for a mountain house. Definitely looking forward to another return stay at this property.

Cozy

Our family enjoyed staying at the cabin for a weekend trip to visit friends in town. The cabin was the perfect size for a multigenerational group. The king bed suite is located on the main floor with the rest of the rooms up the stairs. We would definitely stay here again!

GA Mountain Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was as pictured. It was neat and clean. Loved wading and fiahing in the river, as wellas swimming in the pool. We had a relaxing time. Would definitely stay here again.

Poured rain the whole trip

Despite the pouring rain we “shot the hooch” and road the alpine coaster. Watched birds and squirrels at all the feeders. And enjoyed it not being so hot. We wondered where all the ground hogs were??? We saw a lot of them two years ago and were looking forward to them. All in all a relaxing trip.

Clean, comfy cabin

The cabin was even nicer than we could have imagined. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen and living area were beautiful . We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and enjoying the gorgeous view. We will definitely be back.

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful location with easy access to both cities. Very clean, very well maintained. Could use bigger numbers outside to mark the home, but if that’s my only complaint then I have nothing. This place would be great for families of 4 to 6, depending on age. Thanks to the owners for working with us and their timely responses. We will be looking to come back here again.

Convenient location to multiple activities, spacious, and comfortable! Two things to note…No dishwasher and there is not a door to separate the master bathroom from the bedroom. Overall great stay and I would book again.

Hiawassee cabin rental

Our stay was outstanding. This cabin is well furnished, and the kitchen is large and exceptionally well stocked. Everything you need is here, and the cabin is well maintained and very clean. This is our second year staying in this same cabin and we plan to return here again.

College check-in weekend

Great distance to young Harris college for us driving back & forth visiting our daughter or her visiting us. The pool was nice & clean. The area was far out enough to feel like you were in the mountains but close enough to be in town within minutes. The River view was nice.

Lovely place- Restful stay

The cabin is clean and well appointed. Back porch is a lovely place to sit. The bird swing is so fun to watch. The arm broke off when we were there so my hubby fixed it. We bought more bird food and filled the feeders and I made sugar water for the hummingbirds. So relaxing. If you want to cook- almost anything as far as kitchen tools and pans are there. Beds are comfy. Fridge still freezes some things- even on the lowest setting- but not in the lower door or crispers. Nice to use the frozen stuff in your cooler for the trip home. Hubby caught several large trout and released as was requested. Loved seeing the ground hogs near the river. Just a lovely time all around. Went to Anna Ruby Falls which are beautiful and did a wine tasting which was very well presented at Hightower Creek Winery. So pleased and will be back!!!

Hiawassee stay

Stay was great. Easy to get to cabin and access. Only thing was the refrigerator froze almost everything. Adjusted temp on fridge. Still froze virtually everything unless it was on the door or in a drawer of fridge.

Great all around😀

The cabin was perfect. Cozy Fireplace for cold nights. Cabin was also spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Located close to everything we wanted to do. Hiking, waterfalls, Helen, golf. My husband loved fishing right in the backyard. We will definitely be back.
