Studio Guest Suite With Separate Entrance, Patio, Stylish Decor and + Amenities

A Fantastic little home away from home. The Aloha Oasis welcomes diverse guests from all backgrounds and orientations. The suite is perfect for traveling nurses, visiting professors, international travelers, or those in town for an event or festival.

I have tried to provide lots of little "extras" to make you feel at home. The space Aloha Oasis is located on a quiet, dead end street in a safe, gorgeous neighborhood. Guests may park on the street directly in front of the house. It is just a short walk up the driveway to the Aloha Oasis entrance. You will see the patio illuminated by twinkling lights and the Aloha Oasis sign on the gate. Check in is easy via keypad.

Despite being in the city, Aloha Oasis is situated across from several acres of forested land. There is no thru-traffic, creating a quiet and relaxing setting. In addition to the serene location, you are close enough to walk or bike almost everywhere! You are 2 blocks from Westwinds Park. There is a trail that leads directly to a grocery store, movie theatre and several restaurants. You can easily access an MKT trailhead only .25 miles away & ride anywhere! It is also a short walk or bike ride to MU stadium, downtown, MU hospital, the mall, or many of the nature areas that Columbia has to offer.

The space is most comfortable for 1-2 adults. It sleeps 2 on a queen sized Tempurpedic bed. Off the main area is your private bath with walk in shower. The area is nicely tiled and stocked with high end shampoo, conditioner, and various extra toiletries. There is a towel warmer and lots of fluffy towels, as well as two soft bathrobes for your comfort. Your kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a purified water dispenser, microwave and a coffee maker. There is a toaster oven and egg griddle combo, along with utensils. I have provided coffee, various snacks, plates, napkins and cutlery. Coffee cups, creamer, sugar and tea are ready for your enjoyment. You will enjoy a 42” flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick. The property has high speed fiber optic internet service. The streaming service provides access to all your favorite videos and music with your login.

The guest suite has been recently updated, including blown insulation to make your stay quiet and comfortable. Black out shades + peace and quiet allow you to keep to your own schedule and sensory comfort level. Safety Your suite entrance is well lit. There is a lockbox should you want to secure valuables. There is a full first aid kit as well as a smoke & carbon monoxide detector.

Guest Access You can walk up the short path directly to your door, and enjoy the private patio space outside of your covered guest entrance. Access to laundry room is available upon request.

Interaction with guests I work during the week, and may or may not be on site during your stay. However, I am always available to answer any questions via text or phone. If I am home at the upper level residence, your privacy will always respected. That said, I am a friendly person who is happy to chat and give some recommendations on where to go in the area. If I am home when you check in, I will always try to greet you personally.
