Kookaburra Dreaming - Only 400m from the beach

With all mod cons this simple house has all you need for your own dreaming in a hideaway from the everyday world. Orion Orion beach, connected to all the other beaches, is a short walk 400 m away or doze and read on the spacious deck.

This little cottage consists of two bedrooms both with queens, good sized deck and modern kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for a couple of small family.

Cozy home, beautiful location

The house was clean and tidy with a great layout for our young kids, just a short walk from the beach and we had lovely morning and afternoon visits from the parrots in the area. Overall very happy

Perfect spot for summer family beach holiday

Great location for local shops and beaches. Situated in quiet street, great open family living area with lovely outlook into garden. Games and DVDs provided entertained us for a couple of days of rain. Would come back again

We had a very comfortable stay. The house had everything we needed for the three days we were there; both sunroom daybed and the outside shower were highlights

Great house and location! Perfect for a small family.

Lovely house in such a great location! Great access to Vincentia's stunning beaches as well as an awesome walking and bike path. Also a short walk/drive to the local supermarket and other shops. The house itself was nicely presented and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including a great collection of DVD's and books. The garden was really nicely presented and on one of the days we met one of the friendly Kookaburra's which was awesome! The only slight negative was that there were some missing fence panels with 2 grumpy dogs on the other side who kept poking their noses through which meant we could not enjoy the garden as much as we wanted, it was subsequently fixed but only towards the end of our stay. Apart from this we really enjoyed thr house and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay.
