About this property

Just listed in November 2018, The Hillview Hideaway is a lockwood style house plus large sleepout on 900m2 of land 2 streets back from Waihi Beach conveniently close to the Flatwhite cafe, beach, hotel and village.

The main house has 2 bedrooms with single bunks in one room and a queen bed in the other. The kitchen is fully equipped. Front and north facing decks makes this place great for families with young children and or teens. The house also has one bathroom, separate toilet, open plan dining and living with wooden dining table, pot belly fire place, brand new Samsung smart TV, unlimited broad band and large corner couch. The living area opens out to our front deck over looking the front section with table and 3 chairs that offers the perfect spot for breakfast and a coffee in the morning sun and after a long day soaking up the sun on Waihi Beach, head out the back for a barbeque on our back deck, enjoying the privacy of our backyard and the view over the hills and wetlands.

The sleep out is set up to sleep 4 so you can either put the kids in the sleep out or 2 families that holiday together can have separate sleeping arrangements. The sleep out has a queen bed, single bunks, 2 x sofas, kitchenette with micro wave, jug and fridge and its own separate shower and toilet.

There is also plenty of space in the front yard for tents and space for the kids to play.

Located within 2 minutes walk (200 meters) to the beach, Flat White Cafe and a short enjoyable stroll to the shops. We also have a convenient back gate taking you through the wet lands to the Waihi Beach Hotel pub/restaurant. Waihi Beach Village and beaches present the perfect get away for families seeking to leave the stress of life behind and the 'Hill View Hideaway is the perfect holiday spot to enjoy Waihi Beach from.

Beautiful holiday home

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful holiday home. We enjoyed the beautiful nearby beaches and then came back home to make the most of the indoor-outdoor flow with dinners on the deck. We couldn't have had a better time. Thanks again for the great stay!

So pet friendly

Loved our family dogs being able to come. Fields out the back perfect for letting the dogs have a run. Easy to mind the baby too as fenced in decks. Made for easy family get away.
