Your Beachfront escape starts the moment you walk in and see the view! Sit back and relax to the sounds and views of the Ocean, Mayor Island, Aldermans, Karewa and The Mount in this well positioned home with beach access straight across the road. The permanently dog friendly stretch of beach starts100metres from the house and goes all the way to Bowentown. A short 5 minute stroll to the dairy for ice-cream & fish and chip shop, plus the bike trail just around the corner.
Holidaying is made easy in this spacious two level home with an open planned Dining/Kitchen and Living area that flows out to the deck with BBQ and deck furniture to enjoy those Kiwi Summers. Two bedrooms along with a bathroom with separate toilet all upstairs. On the ground floor, enjoy the rumpus room with SmartTV, Board Games and Outside game, along with complimentary unlimited wi-fi throughout the house. Two more bedrooms and the Laundry with Shower and Toilet complete the ground level.

Walk outside to the spacious fully fenced section, to keep the kids or your furry friend safe, plus garage for your car or jetski. Plenty of room to pitch a tent and still leaving enough space to park cars or the boat.

This home is not only a great base for the beach, but also for exploring the picturesque coastal walks to Orokawa and Homunga Bay plus the many Karangahake walkways, bike trail, as well as the Martha and Union Hill gold mining areas.

Relax by the beach

Friends and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here over the Easter weekend. The location it fantastic being right by the beach and the bach has a lovely relaxed feel with awesome views of the sea. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, beds comfy and had lots of games to keep us entertained. We all had a great time and would certainly recommend to anyone! Thanks so much for having us

Relax and watch the world go by

A great home for a relaxing weekend away with family , ages ranging from 1-69. The deck with sea view was also able to be secured for the little ones. Was amazing to be able to bring the pooches as well . Highly recommend

Fantastic Accommodation

Wow! Can't say enough good things about this property. So well set up for families (and dogs). Everything you need, plus some. Very friendly and helpful property owner with great communication. Location was perfect, close to everything you need. Would definitely stay again, recommend to all.

A beautiful property in a perfect location

Beached on Broadway is the perfect house for a family holiday. A beautiful home with lots of room and a stunning view of the sea. The beach is just across the road. The house is extremely well equipped and has everything you could ever need. It's great for kids and extended family - and what's more you can take your dog! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property and we'll definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

After a long search for the right home and location to settle at Waihi Beach, we found Beached On Broadway. It ticked all the boxes with the added bonus of plenty of space for entertaining friends and family, while also being able to live the quiet life, with the view and the beach feeling like it is all our own!

What makes this property unique

You too will fall in love with the view this house offers. Hearing the sound of the waves and just seeing the ever changing light on the water. This really is a magic spot for everyone to enjoy!
