Perched above the Bay overlooking the rolling Otway plains with magnificent ocean views this modern spacious newly constructed home offers it all. With peace and tranquility on offer you will meander your time away.
Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with large veranda decks, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of privacy.

*Please note that this property is pet friendly outside only. Not fully fenced.

- Kitchen features gas cooking, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Breakfast bar with 4 stools, large wooden dining table with 10 chairs.
- Lounge/ living features 2 x 3 seater couches, 2 arm chairs, wall mounted TV and DVD and coonara wood fire. Polished floor boards throughout.

- Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with ceiling fan, BIR and fantastic ocean views.
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with ceiling fan, and BIR.
- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed and 1 bunk bed with ceiling fan and ensuite.
- Bathroom features bath, shower and vanity, separate toilet.
- Ensuite has shower, vanity and toilet.
- Laundry with front load washing machine and clothes line.
- Property has 3 toilets in total.

Free limited WiFi - WiFi is provided via satellite but is not unlimited please do not rely on this to watch movies etc as it is very slow and may be unavailable depending on your time of stay

Firewood is only supplied from May to October.

Idyllic

We just needed to get away from it. All! #2020 This place provided just the right isolation, yet not leaving Apollo Bay too far away. The expansive nature of the place made tonnes of room for our family of 7. Absolutely recommended and would book again.
