This stylishly renovated, well located beach house provides modern split-level living for your holiday entertainment. Walk to the nearby Anglesea Surf Beach or stroll into the town centre. Snooze on the oversized upper deck in the company of family or friends or take in the cliff top views to Point Addis.



Features upstairs include Sonos speakers, spacious and contemporary kitchen with butlers pantry, open plan lounge and dining, powder room and substantial main bedroom, WIR and generous sized ensuite.



Downstairs its all about fun with the kids bunk room for 4, pool table, kitchenette, open fireplace, a second living area - the kids own space. The lower deck extends to an outdoor games area and table tennis bragging rights. An additional 2 queen bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and another separate bathroom easily hosts up to 10 guests in total.



The summer sand filled days are washed away with the hot/cold outdoor shower. Who said holidays werent about fun- in this delightful Anglesea getaway.
