Wow, the name says it all. Nestled on a one acre block, situated between the beautiful townships of Apollo Bay and Marengo this property has it all. Beautifully presented, the owners have extended themselves in ensuring their guests have all the comforts you would expect on your well-earned break. From providing condiments and premium toiletries for guest use and ensuring all the other comforts/necessities are available to ensure a memorable holiday that you will long remember. Just a short 600 metre walk will see you on the Marengo beach where you can indulge your passion for swimming, fishing or just relaxing on the pristine beach. There is also the possibility to fly in/fly out as the property is located within close proximity to the Apollo Bay Airport.

The property is presented over 2 levels. The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen area with Miele & Ilve appliances, 2 x coffee machines (nespresso pods), reverse cycle air con, massive 3 metre long blackbutt table with seating for 16 people complete with living area with large wall mounted TV, which leads off to a large deck area with BBQ & Seating

This level also provides 2 bedrooms (1 x queen & 1 x queen), 2 bathrooms (1 x shower, toilet & vanity & 1 x shower, bath, toilet & vanity), separate laundry with front loader washing machine, dryer, 3rd large fridge with separate freezer & separate utilities room.

Want more, the ground floor also provides another wing featuring 2nd kitchen, large living area with 8-seater couch and chaise & additional seating available if required, 65 wall mounted LCD, DVD, free Wifi, Foxtel (premium package), Netfix, games, books, internal wall mounted gas log fire, split-system air conditioning, the list goes on. There is also a professional poker table with 6 chairs, together with a premium poker chip set and Bocci set to test your skill. There is also 2nd bedroom ( 1 x queen) that leads off from the 2nd kitchen area.

The 1st level provides the main bedroom with super king bed (large room) with 3rd bathroom (ensuite) with shower, toilet and vanity) with a further 3 bedrooms (1 x 2 tri-bunks, 2 x singles & 1 x queen)

With the addition of two outdoor areas and a massive front and rear yard there is plenty of room for all the whole family(s) to enjoy.

Family Birthday Celebration

The house was large as were the surrounds. Plenty of room for different activities. My only issue was with the bedrooms. It is advertised as 6 bedrooms, it is only 5 with extra beds in a walkway between two bedrooms. With 6 couples staying, this meant one couple had to sleep in a room with no privacy, very disappointing. Needs to be advertised as 5 not 6 bedrooms.

Nice property but not the cleanest

The property certainly gave us all the space we needed and was a great location. 5 mins to the beach - walking. Lots of space. Property was grubby when we arrived. One mattress was very dirty and should be replaced in the bedroom of the second kitchen. Cupboards and drawers hadn't been wiped out. Bench's were tacky and I don't think the floors had been mopped. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Only two tea towels were provided. One in each kitchen and this was difficult as the dishwashing tablets ran out early as only 6 were provided. We were a group of 12 so there were a lot of dishes. The second kitchen is not equipped with any dishes, cups, or glasses. There is a kettle and coffee machine but nothing else. This meant a lot of trips backwards and forwards with dishes. In saying this we had a great time and liked the house, but it needs a good clean.

Overall great stay but could be improved

The property was great loads of space for kids to run around and great location so close to the beach and Apollo Bay. Unfortunately the property wasn't the cleanest on arrival with a few items left lying around from previous guests which highlighted the lack of attention to detail spent cleaning. During the busy season the cleaners were obviously very busy and only did a rough clean as some areas like the stair case hadn't been vacuumed and all the bathrooms had some sort of bodily hair left behind in the shower/bath or toilet. Real Estate agents were great with their communication and did offer to have cleaners come back again and a handy man came very quickly as well to fix up some of the light bulbs that were blown too. Overall great stay. I would just be aware when booking in Summer that upstairs has no aircon and gets very hot. So it was a struggle if you have little ones who nap in the afternoon. Fans are supplied but only do so much in the height of heat in the afternoon.

Super cute place!

The property is set in a calm and relaxing place where walking to the beach was close enough for a relaxing stroll. There is a wide variety of kitchenwear. Apart from some minor issues such as finding the bins being completely full from previous visitors and having to take my rubbish home, the upstairs lights not working well, and the creaky stairs, that doesn't stop me from recommending this lovely property. Thank you for the wonderful stay and experience!

Great for a large group

Perfect size for a large group. Great facilities overall. Wonderful backyard and porch for indoor / outdoor entertainment. Amazing kitchen with great cooking equipment. Plenty of crockery etc..... Recently renovated and some fine touches required to polish it up. Leaking shower head, broken toilet, no lights upstairs , but dusty upstairs. Bunk Beds upstairs were creaky. King room amazing and linen very fresh and clean. Reasonably priced for long weekend and number of guests.

Beautiful house for group holiday

Booked this property for five families so my son could enjoy the school holiday with his friends. Very clean and well equipped. Best holiday rental we ever stayed. My friends are also impressed.
