And recently updated kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings plus 3 smart TVs (32, 50 , 65) for watching and streaming, this condo will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The two-bedroom condo is located on the 4th floor on the west side of Eden. Enjoy spectacular views of the blue waters of the Gulf, the pure white sands of the extraordinary beach, and the lush gardens of the pool and lounging area from the living room and master bedroom, both of which access a spacious balcony. The centrally located 4th floor offers an expansive overview of the stunning beach and pool while also being at the best height to view and feel part of the activities and the gardens below. Enjoy the beautiful view sitting on comfortable patio furniture. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath that features a tiled walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. It has a 50 inch smart TV. The guest bedroom has a twin and a double bed and a smart TV plus Blu-ray DVD player. The guest bathroom has been updated to include a lovely tiled walk-in shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other streaming services can be accessed on every TV. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and granite countertops. There is a complete wet bar in the living room with an ice machine. The dining table seats 6, perfect for a family meal. There is a full-sized separate washer and dryer in a convenient hall closet. Every room has a wall-switch controlled ceiling fan. The entire unit has beautiful travertine tile floors. The fully mirrored living room and dining room wall reflects the beauty of the Gulf from almost every angle. This property also offers free wireless internet and Cox Cable. This unit accommodates only short-term rentals.
